Super helpful staff, awesome panty designs, and great layout of the store. Dropped a star due to disorganized panty layout nearly every time I shop here and dropped another star because they no longer sell 100% cotton panties. I am sad that I won't be shopping here anymore.

me and my friend went to this location on january 1st 2024 at 3:30. The employees never greeted us or helped us even when it was clear we were planning on buying things. They talked to other customers but didn't say a word to us. At some point my friend threw a drink cup in what looked like a trash can because it had trash in it already. An employee told her it wasn't a trash can so my friend respectfully took it out and found a different trash can. A different employee then followed us around the store to try to give us the cup that she had taken out of the trash because apparently it was only for paper. When we went to pay and my friend finished paying they then handed her the cup after giving her the change. This was very rude, unnecessary, and not how you treat customers. They went out of their way to give us back our trash when if it was that serious they could have easily put it in the right trash can since they work there so they know where it is. When the first woman told us it wasn't a trash she didn't even try to direct us to one. My friend was respectful throughout the whole interaction to these rude women. Her family will be contacting corporate.

Ever since I walked in the store, I wasn't greeted nor was I helped throughout my shopping. While shopping, I threw away my cup in a trash can that already happened other cups in it. The woman at the register said to me "that's not a trash can" in a very rude tone. I replied with an ok and awkwardly took my cup out of the trash. When I saw another trash can, I put my cup there instead. Later while shopping, I went to the fitting room to try on a bra and no one was there. I walked around a bit looking for an employee until one came up to me with the same cup I threw away. She asked me "is this your cup?", and I replied with no. Meaning that she followed me around the store, watched me through my cup away, then went in the trash and brought it back to me. She then went onto telling me how they will get finned if trash other than paper is disposed into their trash cans. As if their company getting finned has anything to do with me, a paying costumer. I was extremely uncomfortable with this so I left the fitting room and put the bra back. Afterwards, I went up to the register to pay for my items with the same woman who originally told me I couldn't throw away my trash. She didn't speak to me the whole time throughout the transaction. It was until I was putting away my change when she said to me "and here's your cup" with a sarcastic smile on her face. I kindly took my cup from the woman and threw it away outside of the store. I am disgusted that these two women gave me biohazardous waste out of a trash can two times! As a black teenage girl, I feel racially targeted and discriminated against. These women were extremely rude and unhelpful from the beginning to a paying costumer. My family will further be contacting corporate.

I had such saggy sad looking boobs and was in need of a sexy bra to boost my confidence, and wow thank god the lovely and kind employee, Jazzy, measured my breasts and BAM! I found my confidence when she helped me find the perfect bra. After I bought like 5 more cute bras!! Also loved that she wasn't so pushy and kept annoying me like most retail employees, she was very patient and super outgoing! If y'all looking for some cute bras and need help finding the right sized bras, go here and ask for Jazzy! She'll get you right and make you feel comfortable!

I went to Victoria Secret on Tuesday late afternoon & Selena 19 she gave me the best service. Hugo the boss just happened to walk by. I stop him told about her too notch service. I'm 63 she made feel young paid attention to me. I truly appreciate the entire staff is amazing actually. I recommend you go to this Victoria Secret in stonestown.

I was browsing around PINK and I was immediately welcomed with such great energy! The associate, Michelle, asked if I needed help or had any questions and I asked if she was able to measure me and she dropped everything she was doing to help me! She measured me and helped me with the fitting as well. I believe she was stationed up front but she lead & stayed with me in the fitting room and I really appreciate that! I prefer to be helped by one employee instead of being sent around the store because I'm kind of introverted lol. Anyways, it took a couple tries to get my measurement correct but when we finally got it, Michelle was so excited! And it made me even more excited because I'm usually self conscious about my breast/body! Shoutout to Michelle for the great work & experience give her a raise lol

I went into Victoria Secret Stonestown to get my niece a new sweater and bra for her bday some while back. I came in on the pink side and didn't see an employee for ages while I was shopping around. I found the cutest tracksuit for my niece but they didn't have it in her size on the rack. I saw a white/Latina looking woman w black cargo pants on and a measuring tape around her neck and went to ask for help. She saw me approaching and right as I was about to say excuse me she turns around and walks away. RUDE! I say "excuse me" as she's walking away and I hear her grunt and turn around and say "what?" The has got to be one of the rudest experiences and I've only been in the store for 10 mins. I ask her if she has it in a Medium and she says no and walks away. She didn't bother to check or ask someone to check the back. Flat out no and leaves. I tell her that she's being rude and she rolls her eyes and says "I'm sorry friend" first of all I'm not ur friend and second I wanna talk to your manager and she says "well I'm the manager on duty right now sooo" and when she says that I leave. I never got the tracksuit and ended up finding something cute at forever 21 next door. Victoria secret you should train your staff to be POLITE and HELPFUL.

We went in this Victoria's Secret during the black friday sales week. My wife saw two lingerie sets that she wanted to get. We then thought wait.. isn't it less expensive online? A sales representative came up to us and asked if we needed help. We told her that we saw the two sets online for less and wondered if she could price match it. Without issues, she was able to do it and handed us off to a cashier who price matched it for us. This is one of the few times we have had outstanding service from this location and I thought hmm... it'd be only fair to give a good review for this representative. I asked for the name and she stated she is "Abby." Shout out to you. Thanks.

OMG!!! walked into Victoria Secrets store at Stonestown, as was so frustrated by the LACK OF SUPPORT by their sales staff. First, there was no cash registers open, I walked around looking for help in checking out a few items, and could not find anyone, I had to ask, which one lady abruptly said she's around here somewhere. Then, to notice that the two ladies that were there when I walked in (I assumed they were together ..they were caring on about what color and sizes would best fit, etc.). Not once did I think she was staff?!!! At the cash register, I waited, and waited and waited... Then she says "thank you for your patience", which I was not! At this point there is now three more people waiting behind me. Then, she starts asking her of specials offers, if she had any coupons to use! At this point, I threw down my purchase and walked away. My suggestion to store manager is train your staff to provide qualified sales attendees interested in making purchases for the store. Not socializing, and wasting customers time.
