My advisor suggested I buy a service plan instead of just paying for that one time. I agreed and asked for a copy of the agreement. He said I would get it by email. I still have not received a copy of this service agreement. I do not know exactly what I have paid for.As far as the service. It was good. But communication is poor. Lots of emails afterwards with another warranty offer and request for feedback, but nothing about the service agreement.

Azaria was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and considerate in all of his dealings with us. He was responsive to our needs and made no attempt to pressure us into closing the deal. It was a remarkably pleasant experience experience.

I've had great service from Arsen and other staff at VW San Francisco. First leased an id.4 in 2021 then was told I could upgrade to a 2023 id.4 in May 2023, which I did. The 2021 model was under a battery recall so I was very glad to have the option to get a new vehicle at my same lease price. Arsen has been really responsive. Was great to know that it is a family-owned business, too. The leasing of the 2023 vehicle was done totally online and the car was delivered to my home!

I brought my vehicle to the Royal Auto Body shop and received poor customer service from Danny. Danny was very rude when I asked questions regarding the repairs and my options for my front bumper repair.Danny told me to save my money and then I can have my car repaired. I really wanted to respond to his assumption that I needed to save my money to get my car repaired. Thank you Danny for letting me know my business was not appreciated at your repair shop. I took my car to another shop in SF and all repairs were made in 4 days. I took my car their based on the YELP reviews . I guess I do not have the complexion for the connection. I will never take my vehicle to this shop for any repairs.

Arsen was a pleasure to work with and made me feel like a valuable customer throughout the process. He took the time to show me all my options and then spent extra time getting the 2023 VW Taos I really wanted. He kept me informed every step of the way and follows up to make sure all is well. This is my third VW from Royal Motors and Arsen is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service went fine, but I was seeing a message on my instrument panel when I picked up the car that I've never seen before. I called and took the car back to the shop (fortunately it was still open) and they were able to reset it quickly. I'm glad I was relatively close by when I noticed it, so it wasn't a big deal.

The process went pretty smooth for a long distance purchase. I’m still waiting for my title which I’m sure is not a n issue with the dealership and the only issue I have with the purchase is that the ambient lighting on the drivers side door does not work. This was probably an oversight by the technician doing the CPO inspection. It would have been nice to have it taken care of before hand as I’m going to have to make an appointment to have it fixed. The reason I liked for a CPO is that I would not have headaches fresh “out of the gate”, so to speak. With that being said, the staff: Chris, Simon and even Yakov were professional and helpful. Communication was excellent and they had a great deal of patience.
