Communications are awesome, texts let the dog be picked up and dropped off, and photos or videos are sent after every walk. The team is punctual, caring, and passionate about walking. Natalie and her team are amazing! Chloe loved getting picked up every day and spending the day with her buddies. We had to move away and I know that Chloe misses her buddies. I highly recommend Wags Paws & Heart.
