Natalie & Brad take wonderful care of my small petite French bulldog, Dot. My pup lights up every time she sees/hears Brad come to the door. She gets to see all of her friends and play in the sun while under great and watchful care and comes home ready for a long afternoon nap! I would normally be nervous with all the Frenchie robberies happening in SF but I rest assured knowing that Brad and Natalie are mindful and fully aware of their surroundings while with Dot. Natalie is very thorough and responsive and this team is full of incredibly trustworthy people. There is no one else I trust more in my home when I am not there and with Dot.

Natalie and Brad are absolutely fantastic. They are passionate about their dog walking business and it shows in many ways. Their communications are awesome. They are very punctual! They send texts letting you know your dog has been picked up and dropped off. You will get a photo or video after every walk. They are extremely caring and my dog Sushi loved going on walks with them. I couldn't recommend Wags & Paws more!

Brad and Natalie are the best!! They took such good care of my dog, they were timely, they sent updates on the way to my house, when they arrived, and after drop off. I received personalized photos and videos every single walk! My dog was so happy and tired every time she went out. Highly recommend- they are wonderful people and treated my dog like their own.

Wags Paws & Heart is the best dog walking service in the city. Natalie & Brad are like family! My dog Duchess started in the pack walk 9 years ago, and it's been amazing to see this small family business flourish. Uncle Brad also helped us with checking our mail, and watering our plants when we'd travel for extended amount of time. They are punctual, easy to deal with, and take amazing care of my beloved dog. Always get a daily picture update, and know they take the best care of all the dogs. Sadly, I just moved out of their service area, but will always hold a special place in my heart!

Our dog has enjoyed almost 3 years of joyful walks with the Wags Paws & Heart team. Natalie and Brad are always so attentive, and we know our dog is in the best care. We would highly recommend Wags Paws & Heart!

I can't recommend Natalie and her team highly enough. Missie, my miniature poodle just loves them. and they treat her with such love and care. They are responsive to any special needs I might have I get pictures and messages after each walk They are very cognizant about safety issues Missie used to be a loner; other dogs loved her but she was indifferent to them however on group walks she has learned to be social and has made friends with Teddy, As I said at the beginning of my review they are the best; they are a pleasure to work with. They love us and we love them too

First off, you should see the way my dog bolts towards the door and gets excited when it's time for her walk. Amazing. She completely forgets my wife and I exist anymore. Second, Natalie is incredibly responsive, friendly, and diligent. A pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend WP&H if you're looking for a walker in SF. Look no further. You found it here.

Natalie and the team are truly wonderful!!! They walked my French Bulldog, Franklin for several years and treated him (and us) like family!! They communicated with us really well about when they were picking up Franklin and when they dropped him off and sent the best pictures & videos of their adventures!! We moved out of the area recently and are all missing Natalie sooo much!!

Natalie and her team are the best. Our fur baby went on walks with Natalie for years and he clearly loved them. Our pup is pretty shy with strangers and Natalie spent multiple days coming over to our place to bond with him before attempting to take him on the first walk. She clearly has a passion for animals and providing the best care. Natalie communicated so well with us via text / phone. I loved getting the walk updates and videos while I was at work, definitely would make my day seeing our Dog happy and socializing. Natalie also knows a ton about dog behavior and psychology and would help us get our Dog more confident around other dogs + people. If you need your dog walked - stop here and hire Natalie and the Wags, Paws and Heart team. Our Dog Dre would always get so excited when seeing Natalie, almost like she was part of our family.

Natalie and her team are amazing! Chloe loved getting picked up every day and spending the day with her buddies. We had to move away and I know that Chloe misses her buddies. I highly recommend Wags Paws & Heart.

Oh gosh, where do I even start? Natalie and her team are the best in the business! We first reached out to Natalie after relocating from New York City with our 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Charlie. Charlie is super attached to us and he is very sensitive and loving. We took our time finding a walker we trusted and connected with. Immediately upon meeting Natalie, we felt so comfortable! She has the sweetest and most kind demeanor and really makes you (and your pup) feel safe and at ease. Natalie and her team are very reliable and look after the dogs they walk as though each of the pups were their very own! Charlie has had various dog walkers in NYC, but never once did he wait by the door, wagging his tail when he knew it was time to go for a walk (he's a bit of a homebody). Now, when he knows it's his time with Natalie and her team, he literally waits by the door with a big smile on his face, wagging tail, and barks with excitement to head on out! He leaves incredibly easily with Natalie and doesn't even look back to say goodbye to his mama! Haha. He comes back tired from great play time and very happy & content. Additionally, Natalie and her team provide walk updates after every walk and keep in constant communication with you. Given the craziness surrounding COVID, Natalie continued to keep us updated about new guidelines and when walks would resume. Truly so professional - we feel so very luck to have found her! I cannot say enough good things about Wags, Paws and Heart and highly recommend you give them a shot if you're looking for a new best pal for your sweet little pupper! You 100% will not regret it!

We can't say enough about this amazing team! We were referred to WPH after our former dog walker was moving from the area. From the start, Natalie was quick, attentive, and made us feel like her team would be great for our bulldog, Gus. She came to our house, met him and our family. She has worked with our schedule (which at times has been complicated) to coordinate the start date as well as the timing of day for his walks. We were assigned to Brad, who is also great. He's friendly, punctual, and Gus loves him and is excited to walk each day. Brad also updates us daily re events on their walk. Natalie's billing process is straightforward which I also appreciate. We love this team!

Natalie is awesome, sweet and reliable. I had been reluctant to entrust anyone with my older, tiny, terrier, Dolce. I feel confident that Dolce is in the best possible hands with this team and their pack. They are thoughtful and selective in making sure that all dogs are a good fit. I love receiving playtime videos, getting detailed updates and seeing Dolce playing with her pals while I'm at work. I highly recommend Wags, Paws & Heart. xoxx
