The pharmacist and techs work hard, but this has to be one of the slowest moving pharmacies I've ever patronized. Even when there's very few people in the queue, picking up a prescription ends up taking at least a half hour and it's not uncommon for lines to fill up the entire aisle.

This is a review for the pharmacy. If I could give zero stars I would. I am always having issues filling my prescriptions here. They always say I’ll get a text when it’s ready, I never do. I call ahead to make sure my prescription is ready. I only head in once I receive confirmation. Of course, when I arrive, one of 2 things usually happen: 1) either they can’t find my prescription or 2) they make me wait/come back for it. What was the point of calling ahead?! This my 3rd visit to try to get the same prescription! The techs are clearly over worked. The pharmacist Jessica, always looks upset and could care less about patients to help

Reasonably good pharmacy.
Had emergency need for a prescription eye drop sent to this pharmacy in order to quickly address the condition. Filled with reasonably time given never filled here before. And carefully remind watch outs for the medicine.

I've lived in the neighborhood for a long time and these pharmacists genuinely care about their customers. They've helped me so many times when I've had any difficulty with my insurance or figuring out how to find the best discount. I've even been that person to arrive 10 minutes before closing and they've rushed to help me. (Sorry for the times I've done that!) I really appreciate you all!

Pharmacist Jessica W. I want to remind you that you work in the healthcare field. Not letting me finish my sentences and not listening to the full story of a patient is rude, unprofessional and can also be dangerous. I got a tooth pulled recently and apparently the electronic system was down at my dentist office and he had to manually write a prescription. Before I could even tell Jessica W. what was going on, she immediately said No and continued to cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation. Jessica has the power to deny prescriptions and she uses this power to make her feel better about her self at the cost of her patients. Jessica, go work somewhere else and stop making everyone unhappy around you. Sad!! I ended up getting my prescription after making a scene in order to get Jessica to call my dentist. Wallgreens, please do something about Jessica W. She has been employed for 21 years, that’s 21 years of your customers being treated this way.

I am a customer of theirs, but how dare they speak to a customer like that, rude, cold, unfriendly! I can but from other pharmacy shops, you are not the only shop has what I need. I will let everyone know the way they are treating their customer.

I come here often since it's close to the dorms and will keep going here but the security always follows me like I'm gonna steal something even though I never have? I've literally tested this shit out and when I started to look in another aisle, I looked down before just walking right into it and he was on the other end waiting for me to come around. He's even followed me when a homeless person with a full shopping cart tried to enter from the outside. How is a tired student a higher priority than the homeless lady with her big cart of shit? He's got to chill because it's getting nearly unbearable now.

The employees at this location on 12/8/22 decided to lock the only entrance at 10:55p.. 5 mins Before their posted end of business hours. Never mind i took a $10 Uber to rush here from 3 blocks away to get first aid supplies for my roommate who sliced his hand on broken glass.., Youcan'tlockthe only exit to a business when there are customers ( of which there were several) still inside. I pleaded with the older Latina employee to let me in bc it wasn't 11. She said no And turned her back to ignore me. what would happen if some Wacko opened fire on the people they have trapped inside.., willThe security guard protect everyone ?? No because he's playing on his phone. What if there's an earthquake/fire? Next time I'll just go to Safeway. It's cheaper open later And not staffed with such self-serving , shitty employees

I have bad experienced at this Walgreen pharmacy on this location. Her name is JESICCA, she yelled at me in front of others custemer because of I don’t have insurance. She discriminated against me, I can she from her face and the way she treat me. She said if you don’t have insurance then you have pay out of pocket which is a hundred something \\u0026 the other prescription cost more then 3 thousand without insurance. While I’m talking she slammed down the computer mouse she was holding and she cut me also said, you know what let me take care other customer “next line please”. I went out pharmacy without my medication. It was so hurtful… hurt my feelings and I felt so embarrassed with other customer who watched me. I’m sad ??? I hope the HR read this…
