Poorly run pharmacy that does not communicate well with customers. Pick up estimates are not accurate, lines are usually 20+ minutes, staff is hit or miss friendliness-wise.

The people here are always really nice, but it takes FOREVER to talk to anybody about issues processing prescriptions.Instead of waiting ~20-30 minutes to speak to someone on the phone (sometimes I call and just give up after waiting so long) I usually end up just walking over in person to ask about it, but even then the line for the pharmacy is usually at least five people long and you end up having to wait there too.It seems like every time I need my medication urgently I end up getting it several days late. Which is pretty sad. Not sure if this is an issue with this particular location, Walgreens in general, or the larger American healthcare/pharmacy system, but it can be extremely frustrating. :(

Very poorly run pharmacy. When you call, they rarely answer so you have to go there in person, wait in a long line, and ask them to refill your prescription. There’s usually 3-5 people behind the counter but only one person working the register even if the line is super long. They don’t seem to have any sense of urgency when helping customers or refilling prescriptions. Multiple times they’ve told me to come back for pick up the next day, only for me to find out that it’s not ready yet or they were only able to do a partial refill. When I ask when will my prescription be ready they say they aren’t sure but can send me a text message. Days go by and it’s still not filled which is crazy because people can’t go days without taking their meds! I’ve also been here for a vaccine while 36 weeks pregnant and despite having an appointment I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my shot. The entire staff takes a 30 minute lunch at the same time so the pharmacy is closed during peak time of day. I wish this place was better run since it’s the only pharmacy in the neighborhood. Perhaps that’s why they don’t make any effort to do better for their customers.

Absolutely terrible experience. An employee by the name of “May” tried to accuse me of stealing! I’ve shopped at Walgreens for 17 years and have never ever had an experience as badly as this. She was so rude, luckily the manager called me to apologize but that doesn’t change how I feel about the store or this employee. I’m shopping at other retailers now and using Walgreens as an absolute last resort, worst-case-scenario option.

Do not send your regular prescriptions here. Sometimes they are out of medicine, which isn’t that uncommon, but even after they tell you they will fill it up they seem to just…forget without any logical explanations? It’s not a reliable place.

They straight up never followed through with filling my prescription for a very common antibiotic, and they don’t answer the phone. This place might as well not be in business with it being run like this.

My doctor called in a prescription at noon. At 3:30pm, I’m trying to pick it up but it wasn’t remotely ready - the reason they said was that it was called in during lunch break. So if your prescription is called in during lunch break, they forget about it. They do t seem to pick it up after lunch. And, plot twist, their lunch break starts at 1:30pm on Saturday - according to the poster I had to stare at while waiting - not at noon. Conclusion, your prescription will not be filled unless you go and ask for it to be filled and wait as long as they need you to, even if you’re in pain.

This is the Walgren's that couldn't. Refilling meds for my sick mother is a constant struggle weekly, though she has been on the same pills for years now. The phone system for script refills doesn't work. There is no one to answer the phone in the pharmacy when said phone system doesn't work and the staff is equally unhelpful in person. What's more I have been in this store and been unable to find items like vitamin B and bandages, basic stuff that a pharmacy should carry. Were it not such a PITA to transfer scripts, I would never return here again. You shouldn't either.

This has to be the worst Walgreens on the planet. Understaffed and employees could care less. it really needs to br closed and a new staff hired. They even all called in sick with over 200 prescriptions sitting locked up. Do not use this store!!

WTH WALGREENS??? So I went here today, I was going here to buy food, I was busy and j had no time, and this Chinese woman said "What's the problem" then she said "Customers we have lunch" I would sue her! She was mean to me. And we waited 15 minutes pressing "Customer service" button, I was pressing 4 button already because I got mad. And they took our time away! They don't care about customers, and yes it was lunch time but there we only ONE EMPLOYEE!!! And only 1 Chinese woman came... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS! SHAME!

“Typically we like to fill these medications on Friday. Check back next Friday.” Seriously, what? Just go a week without my medications to make your job easier? Do your job man. I’ll find another pharmacy though because this place has been consistent garbage the past two years.

I recently went to Walgreens to do some grocery shopping, and everything was alright. The store featured a reasonable selection of necessities, although it had a less selection overall than specialty grocery stores. It was convenient to be able to pick up some groceries in addition to other necessities. However, the design seemed a little busy, and the prices appeared to be a little bit higher than I've seen elsewhere. The helpful and cheerful employees added to the enjoyment of the journey. This is practical for quick shopping needs, but I might look into other possibilities the next time for a wider selection and perhaps cheaper prices.

My review was removed? Is this being censored? This pharmacy discriminates against the disabled. I have adhd and refused to refill my prescription I’ve had for ten years. The ADA clearly states you can’t treat someone differently based on their disability but to get the medications I need to function on a daily basis I am treated like a criminal and have to call to get a refill when that is literally one of the things my disability makes difficult.

The pharmacy here is appalling. I just stopped by on a Saturday at 1:50pm and the pharmacy is closed. I previously stopped by at 6:30pm on a weekday, also closed. Another weekday, mid day i stopped by and the line was from the back to the front of the store. It should not be this hard to pick up a prescription.

Truly the worst pharmacy I have experienced. Rude staff, misplaced orders, irregular hours. Save yourself the time and sanity and go elsewhere.
