Horrid. Pharmacy line wraps around multiple aisles. Phone system breaks down. Pharmacists will hit a snag and then just fax the doctor (rather than calling), ensuring that everything stalls until you track it down.This business is probably the least respectful of its customers time of any I know of. Avoid at all costs.

They are understaffed and as a result often hang up on you when they call after waiting for 15-20 mins. Understandable but very very frustrating when seeking care. I hope workers can take this into account and corporate Walgreens gives this store more hours and positions given the $142 billion year over year revenue increase as of Nov 2023.

Awful experience. I made an appointment for RSV vaccine as I am pregnant. They denied giving it to me because they said I need a prescription. However, I called them next day and on the phone I was told that I don’t need prescription for that. I also checked on their website and nothing mentions that I need a prescription. So unprofessional.

Say what you will about the morals of the organization, the people who work in the pharmacy are genuinely good humans who want to help. I believe many of them are multi-lingual and I've seen them serve everybody who comes to that counter with kindness, attempting to meet their needs, even when it's packed. They've cheerfully helped me out on several occasions. I can't imagine the company pays them enough for what they do.

Prescription wasn’t in system when I first arrived, but the team called my name as soon as it came in, so I could get my prescription filled before the pharmacy closed at 9pm. The team is fast & kind!

If this place cared even half as much about patient care as they do about placing armed guards between poor folks and two-buck toothbrushes we'd be a hell of a lot better off. As it is, I've never had a single experience in this Walgreens that wasn't utterly Kafkaesque. The history of reviews here alone should be proof that corporate has abandoned this place. Chronically understaffed; any possible shopping convenience done away with in the name of loss prevention (how is anyone supposed to shop without a basket???), extremely depressing, hostile atmosphere; absolutely no sense of urgency. Shame on Walgreens for letting this location fail its community so badly.

This Walgreens is extremely poorly managed. I waited for 20 minutes for my vaccine appointment before even receiving the paperwork. Staff were rude and non-responsive, except for a woman working there named Bianca, who was very kind. Walgreens is insisting on a ridiculous protocol now of scanning you with a pseudoscience thermometer scanner, which they can't even get to work. Perhaps this is the reason they are so unbelievably delayed, because they are doing silly ineffective things and doing them poorly? I will leave this judgment to the reader. As of now though my appointment was half an hour ago, and there is no clarity on when I will actually get my dosage.

Waited 30 min to be put in a room for a scheduled Appt, waiting another 20 min to be seen by someone on an iPad. Bad overall experience

I've been the second person in line at this pharmacy for 15 minutes, with one glacially slow rep helping the person at the counter and no one else. There are six more people in line behind me. They'll be sleeping here at this rate Taking my business to a different company that respects customers' time.
