Never go to this pharmacy I have been trying to get my prescription for this is my 6th trip and the system is down, every time they have an issue so far I havent got it but it will be my last at this location

Worst pharmacy ever. Walgreens closing a lot of stores in the bay area and instead of hiring more people to cover his long pharmacy lines full of elderly people trying to find the keys for the bathrooms and chairs is working a sweat shop. Only one register open out of three form 1000 to 1050 and after a complaint opened one register.

Called 4 times at 8:20 pm and I was hung up on 4 times until they closed at 9:00pm!! This should not have happened!! I have been going there for 25 years and this is how I was treated!! I asked for the manager and they connected me with the pharmacy too!!

Have used this pharmacy for several decades. It's way we'll run store with friendly, competent staff all over the store. It's not difficult to find a staff member. Only drawback is that half the time line to pharmacy is long. During the pandemic, store was subject to smash and grab groups, with terrified patrons huddled in floor, but that has been happening all over San Francisco. Numerous drug stores have shuttered.

Do not send your prescription here. They still don’t have my prescription filled after 5hrs waiting yet they charged my insurance so I can’t pick up my meds elsewhere.

Please do not come here for prescriptions.They can’t get anything ready, I waited 5 hours for my husbands prescription and had to come back twice and ultimately send it to another pharmacy. Just don’t.

Walgreens, on top of closing branches that don’t need to be closed, on top of that who cares attitude that permeates through their stores, aren’t selling abortion pills throughout the USA, and screwing over countless women and children. They don’t care about keeping people healthy, they care about profit and screwing over those they deem lesser than. They’re horrible and a symptom of the broken healthcare system in the US. This location in particular has been awful, the pharmacy is always packed cause they closed other branches, and the staff are unhelpful because the place is so packed. It’s a shame, I used to like going to Walgreens but that has come and gone

Most aisles look like this. Even for $3 products. Not a friendly shopping experience. Waited 10 minutes and no one came after ringing the another one nearby. No response or anyone. They helped the haircare and photo department twice in that time since I rang before them. I complained to the cashier even after seeing some being helped in photos for a third time. Also you cant park anywhere and just to get in there are crowds of people smoking almost out front. You're better off at Ocean Ave Walgreens.

Lol makes sense why it's so bad review. Called to get help with a prescription. When it didn't go my way pharmacist said "ooo sad story all well" lol gotta love it when they proceeded to brag about how they were "the best Walgreens in the city" not sure if that is more sad than my story at the end of the day. Hope someone sees this and has some fun cause I didn't

They usual have what I need. If not I go to another location. Staff is here quite nice. Expect some wait time since every location is short staff if you need assistance to open a case. But I'm okay with that since I plan ahead so I'm not rushing myself. Be aware of Pharmacy. I came here to pick up some prescriptions before, and the wait is extremely excruciating long! Even if there's only 3-4 ppl in line ahead of you, you're waiting for a good 15-25 mins. Like most stores, they barely seem to have anything in stock now. One week I went in and 40% of their shelves in each aisles are empty. I was worried that they might be another store closing. They get a lot of thieves here. And same ones too. One time I was shopping for new hair clips and a tall skinny guy walked in, first thing the lady cashier said out loud was- NO YOU LEAVE NOW! She recognizes him from other times he have stolen or attempted to steal. They have security guard(s) now that sit close by the door viewing who comes in and who gets in line and pay and who leaves, but not sure if it's effective. But overall, location is close to me, walking and driving. Parking is good to me as I park residential and not meter. Staff is nice. There's a boba shop next door which I go to all the time. And also a bakery to get breakfast buns and mini hot dog buns for my niece and nephew. I get what I need there and get out. 4 stars.

Very inconvenient. I just went there to buy something in pharmacy! The casher agent Ashly she so very helpful and kind and she so cute
