The store is fine, but steer clear of the pharmacy if you value your time or have a sensitive condition. Always a 30+ minute wait, extremely slow and unorganized. Multiple times where my prescriptions have been mixed up or forgotten. The normal routine: get notification that my prescription is ready, park down the street because parking is limited, wait 30-45 minutes in line to get to the pharmacist, pharmacist tells me to wait 30 more minutes because my prescription isn't ready. 30 minutes later... get my prescription but half the order is missing, please wait 30 more minutes. Might not seem like much to complain about, but for someone with a condition like mine who needs the medicine to quite literally survive on a day to day basis, it does bother me a bit more. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

This Walgreens is nasty. And I have never had to wait so long for prescription pickups at any other pharmacy or Walgreens location than I consistently have to here. I hate going here

Had to wait 45 mins for vaccines despite of having an appointment. The staff was extremely rude to everyone in line.

This review is for the pharmacy. Lines are always ridiculously long due to limited staff. The lines can be confusing. The register on the left clearly says covid vaccines, but one of the cashiers yelled at someone for standing there.... Poor lady was waiting for such a long time. One cashier in particular.. I think her name was Brianna? She was incredibly rude to an older gentleman who didn't speak English. He was in line and she yelled at him saying he wasn't in line. Refused to help him and sent him to the end of the line. Probably best to come during off peak hours. The pharmacist was very sweet. I understand they are short staffed, but there is no reason to treat everyone like crap.

Zero stars. As others have commented, the female pharmacy cashier here is rude and belligerent, with serious control issues, and customers should not be subjected to her abusive behavior. If you are a senior (my Dad is 95), she will insist that you show her your Medicare ID card or SSN, because your CA ID and Medicare Advantage Insurance Cards are not enough to prove that your insurance will pay for your Covid-19 vaccine. She will shut you down if you tell her your insurance will pay for the vaccine, and yell that she will tell you what she needs. You will wait 40 minutes, while she serves prescription customers, before she orders you to fill out a vaccine form again in the store, even though you already completed and signed one online a week ago. She will ignore you when you try to return the completed form to her so you can get on with your scheduled appointment, and curse you if you lay it down on the counter before her. Because you checked in 15 minutes before your scheduled vaccine appointment as instructed, you will wait well over an hour before your vaccine is finally administered, and only after jumping through the hoops at the whims of this hostile pharmacy cashier. All this is taking place while the nurse who administers the vaccines waits outside the empty vaccine room. Avoid this Walgreens, and go to another one or CVS for your vaccines.

The pharmacy here is clearly understaffed and at the same time, inefficient. After having a vaccine appointment scheduled it took over an hour to actually get the jab. If you have the option of getting a vaccine at a UCSF/Sutter/Kaiser, I would suggest that.

Payed $45 for medication that was only supposed to cost $5 because they didn't want to read my insurance card. They needed my insurances BIN number which was on the card and they kept saying they couldn't find it (they literally only glanced) even though it was right in front of them. They got very mad at me during this. I gave up and payed because I needed the meds. I went back 2.5 weeks later and while the employee was a little rude as well she could read my insurance card. I've used it more then a dozen times so I know it's not an issue with the card. This sucked. I've never once had a positive experience with the pharmacy.

The worst service! I’m stuck going there to get my prescriptions because it’s near me and I’m disabled. It can take 40 minutes of waiting in line sometimes which is no fun when you’re disabled. They regularly mess up refills of meds I can’t miss a dose of. Calling on the phone is an eternal hold nightmare. Don’t go there if you can go to another pharmacy

Really small parking lot. I don't even know if the ppl who parked there are even shopping at Walgreens. I always end up parking on the street. It's a realllly small location. Don't expect much. J&J baby lotion was having a sale, so I came here to purchase more. My mom loves J&J lotion. Got the last 2 at this location. It seems that all locations only put out 4 or 2 so ppl don't excessively purchase them. While I was there, the security guard was 'observing' this guy. The guy was weird. He had this really ugly dirty backpack, and who knows if he put anything in his bag but it seems like he did when he was stopped at the door. He had a few deodorants.

Card got declined for some reason and cashier said "EBT"? Lol I said no. What I should've said was "No but you might need one working here." Cashier obviously dealt with a rude customer before me so he took out his frustration on me. Unacceptable. Dont like your job?, then quit dont take out on innocent customers. Walgreens employee asking me if I'm on EBT can you believe that.

I went to Pharmacy to pick up my medication, I did not mind to wait in line . After 20 minutes and finally my turn is up. I talked to the Chinese lady regarding my insurance record has changed recently. I asked her to update my record in the system before ring up the copay of my medications. But she was so ruin and no patient to get her job done and complaint me for given her wrong input of my medical insurance record. I understand that they might under stress since so many customers line up there every hour. Regardless, her action is totally unacceptable and I will go another place to fill my description anymore.

The pharmacy is a joke. They couldn't find my prescription that was ready for pick up, and spent a good 20 minutes searching through every single bin of prescriptions, as well as hundreds that are just strewn on the floor, and then had to close, so I went home without my prescription. The most laughably disorganized pharmacy I've ever seen.
