Outrageously poor quality service. Rude, unhelpful staff and extraordinarily poor communication.

I feel like I'm one of the only people who goes into this store and actually pays for my items, instead of stealing. I'm courteous and friendly to the cashier at the front of the store, and he never fails to treat me like trash. If I use my credit card and happen to slide it in incorrectly, he barks loudly at me "not like that!" He never says thank you. Although the store hours on the website say they close at 10 PM on weeknights, they always close early, and I end up getting rushed out of there at 9:30. Their selection of cards, wrapping paper, etc., is pathetic and I'm better off making my own card, and wrapping gifts in old newspapers. I've had polite interactions with the pharmacist, but they are woefully understaffed. I dread going into this store, but it's the only choice in this neighborhood.

Prescription delivery doesn’t work half the time and this is not a pleasant store to visit. The pharmacy line is in the cold & flu aisle so you’re being coughed on while you wait. All mostly Walgreens’ fault, not the pharmacists.

I find the staff to be friendly, patient, courteous and knowledgeable in their scope of practice. The lines are were quite short and I felt like I received personalized and prompt care when receiving my vaccines and paying for my purchases.

Went here for a booster and flu shot appointment. The pharmacy is deeply understaffed so I had to wait 40 minutes after my appt time for the 5min shot. There are always lots of people, including disabled people and elders, waiting a long time for their prescriptions. The store is dirty and I was vaccinated in a little dirty room with an unmasked pharmacist. The Walgreens closest to me recently closed and apparently the storefront will be empty for 10-15 years. They do not maintain their stores or treat staff well. It's really a shame that this is what passes for health care. We all deserve better!

The pharmacy tech by the name of Brian Biga is rude and unprofessional. He is clearly miserable and hates his job! Learn to be nicer Brian or find a different profession!!!

If you must use this pharmacy, I recommend getting a human on the phone to confirm your prescription is in stock and being worked on. Even then, I recommend calling back a couple hours after your first call to confirm with a human a second time; on multiple occasions the first person I spoke to told me my prescription would be ready in a couple of hours when it was out of stock. When you call, do not trust the automated system — it will always tell you your prescription is being worked on and should be ready in an hour regardless of what is actually happening.Note that even if you call over a week in advance, no one will order your out of stock prescription if you do not call. This can happen even if you order the same exact prescription every month.

Hi there! Well I've been coming here forever. It's close to where I live . Overall the customer service fluctuates depending on who is working. But it seems the store staff is burnt out and sometimes overwhelmed. No surprise . Working in retail is tough . Today I went to pick up some meds from the pharmacy. And the pharmacy tech called me a transvestite as he was looking at the computer screen . At that point I didn't know whether to laugh or say excuse me ! But that just isn't professional or appropriate. Come on now ! Very immature . So I complained to management. What else could I do . The pharmacy clerk either needs a new job or a long vacation! He definitely is crying for help !

Line takes forever, because they have a single cashier despite the super long line, instead of calling someone else to help check out customers.

This store needs an entire reset with their staff, all incompetent, unable to understand how their machines work so they're unable to take payment and you end up walking out empty handed all because they don't know how their own system works. Lazy security that just sits around and let's thieves walk out with merchandise and they just don't care.

This was the first & last time I will ever step foot into this Walgreens! I went to get my booster & the girl working in the pharmacy & also the guy who gave me the booster were extremely rude. It was uncalled for. I've worked customer service my whole life, so I understand every which way about it... I was baffled by how unprofessional they were, it was wild. Especially being that they were about to jab me in the arm. Not to mention the back room they were administering the shot in was dirty & a mess! anyways if you're working with the public, with customers, try having positive & good vibes!
