The worst possible pharmacy experience. Avoid using this or any Walgreens pharmacys. It's like pulling teeth just to get my prescription with private pay insurance, now that I am on Medicare/Medi-Cql it's next to impossible. They don't appreciate the business, I suggest AHF or any pharmacy other than Walgreens.

For Photo purposes if you need the digital copy don’t go to this location, they say it does not work and don’t know when is it going to come back again.

It’s so inconvenient to shop at this Walgreens, almost every thing is behind locked displays, toothpaste, nasal spray and everything in between. This Walgreens feels rundown and very depressing to shop in.Maybe better lighting, some remodeling and few more security guards would make me feel better to shop here.

The lime-cucumber Gatorade had a sign/tag with information about the discounted price, which was $6.28 for three bottles of the lime-cucumber Gatorade. However, when I paid for them, the price on the receipt showed they were $6.84 for the three of them. Even with the $0.15 bottle deposit fee, that does not add up to $6.84. I discussed this with the cashier, and she told me that the $6.84 includes the tax. But that is not right because the receipt showed there was still the tax added on that and the other items I purchased. Thus, for the lime-cucumber Gatorade that has a sign/tag showing the discounted price of $6.28, this Walgreens is not actually providing a discounted price consistent with the discounted price on the sign/tag. Perhaps, it would be better to visit an entirely different store altogether or shop online instead.

I don't like going here. Service is bad and the security guards are creepy.

There is always a security guard in the parking lot and inside the store. Employees are friendly and always willing to help. They carry a wide but small variety of supplies, food, and daily necessities. My go-to pharmacy.

Security guards follow people. Stare at them a yard away. Hassles people. Three aisles same treatment. He stared when I got my prescriptions. Bought a pile of things. He tells me I have better have 20 items in there. So I bought a few more things. He was annoyed. I spent 200 dollars. He demanded to search me.Filmed it.A law firm will write a letter. That guy needs a manners check, training.

Given the proximity to my apartment, this used to be a place I would frequent. Ultimately though, Walgreens appeared negatively in the news too many times, and I had far too many negative experiences of my own in store to keep patronizing this place. For instance, the time I tried to return something I had bought at Walgreens.com to this location, and despite bringing extensive documentation, was not even offered a gift card for store credit. I ended up walking down to the Castro street location where the return was processed with no issue. Oh, and this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning 'William' who seems to go out of his way to be spiteful. Usually he would just obnoxiously try to upsell chocolate bars or whatever was closest to his register, but I remember one specific afternoon where I had been waiting in the main line for quite a long time (IC3!) and when I finally got to the front of the line with my single item (tweezers) William declared that I needed to be checked out in the beauty department, and refused to complete the transaction. I then had to make my way over to the beauty department to pay for my one item. If I had more self respect I would have just left them on the counter and walked out but I really needed to do my brows that day and was short on time. So you win this round, Walgreens. But you also really suck and I look forward to you being another vacant space on Market.

They have nice enough workers. The points earning capacity for Walgreens rewards is cool. But I don't use Walgreens for my scripts anymore. I do pick up prescriptions at this walgreens for a friend sometimes and it's better than my Walgreens in the mission i had.

would give 0 stars if possible. will make you wait an hour on hold and HANG UP ON YOU. Tried calling the pharmacy 6 TIMES and was hung up on after being put on hold EVERY TIME. Seriously the most unprofessional behavior i’ve experienced anywhere.

The women in the pharmacy are clueless. A guy ahead of me asking for walk-in vaccines bc their website isn’t working and they couldn’t help at all. They didn’t listen and were just rude. I also can’t believe a Walgreens won’t have walk in flu vaccines especially when there was no one around who was waiting for a vaccine.

I had to come to this Walgreens for the first time since my usual one messed my refill prescription. Pharmacist here was extremely helpful and got my problem solved efficiently.
