The pharmacy assistants are sooo painfully slow, it pains me to say this but it’s like they’re not all there in the head, at minimum average 10 minutes per transaction, and every time the line is at least 4 people deep.

Pharmacy Review: I've been using this Walgreens pharmacy for over two years, and my experiences have consistently been disappointing. They never proactively inform me when my medications are available, forcing me to call daily and endure hold times averaging 30 minutes. On the rare occasion someone answers, staff members tend to be rude, indifferent, and lack basic customer service skills. Policies seem to be enforced inconsistently, adding further frustration. I strongly recommend choosing another pharmacy and avoiding this location altogether.

Useless for prescriptions - so perpetually understaffed that they don't even meet the refill date promised in the app (forget the time). And they're basically unreachable. Today I waited *55 minutes* in the phone queue even though I was 3rd in the queue. If they're going to close most of the stores in the city they need to staff the remaining ones. It's a downward spiral. May finally be time to switch to CVS. If you do stick with Walgreens - Polk and Broadway at least picks up the phone.

Had everything you need. Pharmacy was very helpful. Sucks everything has to be locked up.

what the hell is wrong with this walgreens? there are almost no products on the shelves. what is the point of coming here? even if the stock was maintained, it’s too small of a store to even be useful. this place should be closed or walgreens should actually invest in this location. embarrassing

Staff does not have any idea what they are doing. They just make everything harder for customers so they can get rid of.

Should not even receive a star. The worst pharmacists I have ever talked to, very rude, condescending, and won't properly process my mothers prescriptions.

Worst store ever.Ordered a one hour delivery for cold medicine.Didn't get it.Called the customer service number they direct you to contact in the confirmation email. They told me my order had been canceled. The next day I get a text saying my deliveries on its way. I replied to the text and said I thought my order was canceled I'm at work. I had no more confirmation no more contact I never got the package of medication but you bet they did take the money out of my account. So when I went to talk to them about this I spent 45 minutes with the store manager getting absolutely nowhere with him until he finally said oh yeah we'll do the refund well it's a week later and I still don't have the refund.

The pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful but I have never picked up an Rx without having to wait in line. The last time I had 7 people ahead of me, so I decided to hit the pot shop around the corner and return. There was still a line, but only 3 people ahead of me. Always a wait.

The generous 1 star is about how this pharmacy and some of its pharmacists treat its customers. A couple of young pharmacists apparently have some feelings about some medications. Walgreens is under the magnifying lens for their outsized role in the opioid epidemic, and the State of California has decided to cut ties with the company because they have decided to bend to conservatives who misuse their power to deny women their right to make decisions about their health care. Don't expect this Walgreens phone tree to work. I have made numerous calls only to be placed on hold for up to 90 minutes, then be disconnected. These pharmacists are not about your well-being. They're about their well-being and job. Any licensed professional who allows their personal feelings to determine their actions is incompetent. Their role is to dispense medications as prescribed by your doctor. It is not their role to question the judgment of your doctor. Granted, this is a top-down issue, but you're affected at the point of delivery. The solution? Take your business elsewhere.
