While I was in an aisle looking for a specific product one of the checkers came up to me and grabbed my basket and told me “I am not allowed here. You give me your basket you are done shopping. I’m taking your basket to the front.” Not only was she amazingly rude she was loud and caused a scene which totally embarrassed me. I could not believe what had just happened. I do not steal nor have I EVER stolen from that store before. If you look up my phone number you will see I shop at Walgreens all the time. And spend a good amount of money there, paying cash more often than not. That was completely uncalled for and I abruptly ended my shopping trip after she took my basket away. I had many more things to buy but I was so upset by what had just happened I couldn’t finish shopping there. I stood in line paid for my items with cash(almost $100 purchase) and left the store still shaking I was so mad. This totally ruined my day. And is still bothering me even though I have been home for awhile. That really sucked and makes me not want to shop at any Walgreens again. No wonder they are shutting down. No respect for people who do spend money and don’t steal from there! That lady needs to be let go. I can’t imagine any company employing someone so rude and obnoxiously loud. She kept threatening to call 911. I wish she had so I could’ve told the police what happened. If they had even showed up in the first place. That lady probably calls on the daily. She needs to not be behind a counter, but in the back scrubbing dirty dishes where she can’t tell at anyone but the plates she’s gotta scrub!

They're open late and have most of what you would need that late at night. The staff are constantly working hard to open locks and ring people up. Walgreens corporate sucks for not hiring more staff, but the staff that are there are friendly.

I appreciated the variety of products available at this store.
However, the customer service was a bit disappointing. One staff member seemed unfriendly, and another male employee responded to customers with a frown, which left a negative impression.
I understand that retail work can be challenging, but I hope to see a more welcoming attitude from the staff in the future.

Ludicrously bad Walgreens. I feel for the pharmacists but oh man, never again. No wonder the Walgreen’s days are numbered.

They need a different security system. I have never been so insulted in my life!! Because I am a Nubian Woman caring a bag with a Toy sticking out, Security Assumed it had to be STOLEN. Without asking he just searched through my things with no regard to my feelings or procedures that are put in place for situations that call for that type of behavior. When I went to seek help regarding this situation no one wanted to step up. I am Very disappointed in Walgreens for the way they now Stero Type All Nubian Customers. It seems One Bad Apple has made it Awful for the Bunch of Us.

Bought a prepaid SIM card and topped up based on advice from the shop. Was not compatible with my phone (was informed my the provider AT&T) and refused to give me a refund. Service was disgusting.

The pharmacy staff is in competent and doesn't care about customer's needs. They didn't have a common drug, but didn't order it when the electronic RX came from my doctor. They waited until I called to see if it was ready. A prescription that I thought I would get on Friday or Saturday won't be ready until Wednesday, and I won't hold my breath on that.

I'm removing a star because the security guard's behavior has not changed at all and on my most recent visit I was just standing there looking at new stuff when he asked me how I'm doing while passing behind me to push a button, stand beside me and stare? Then pass behind me again to go stand at the front of the store. This has been going on for months and I'm able to just yell at this idiot. Stop following me. I've never stolen. I've never stolen from Walgreens.
