Most of the items in the store are locked up and you need staff assistance to access them. Insane amounts of sketchy clientele and I don't feel safe walking in here as a woman, I avoid at all costs and either order my personal care products online or make my partner go with me

One of the best Walgreens/Pharmacy that I've ever used. Gets busy in the early evening but other than that I never have problems there 👍

Clean and well stocked store. Has grocery items and bathroom essentials. They even have pet food! Very kind and helpful staff. The line may be long, but the workers are quick to help check out so the line goes by fast. Great store overall!!

Has to be the worst Walgreens I've ever been in between incredibly rude staff messes everywhere and no products where they are supposed to be no wonder Walgreens is closing all their stores that was embaressing.

This Walgreens is a neighborhood staple. I go 1-2x week for OTC medicine, household & personal products, and snacks. When I order in-store pick up, items shown as in-stock on the app are actually stocked 99% of the time. Once an item was out, and they immediately called me to apologize and provide replacement options. The pick up order is usually ready in ~10min, much faster than the quoted 60min. Amazing 🙏
The Walgreens staff is efficient and works tirelessly. The contracted security team holds it down with professionalism, even with some gnarly SoMa neighborhood riffraff.
Only downsides are that the aisle layout has poor visibility and there’s only one exit (I think). Given the aforementioned riffraff, I’m often nervous here. Sadly, there have been situations where I’d wished for multiple exits 🤦🏻♀️

I've been coming here for nearly 20 years. Consistently solid staff with a couple who have outstanding efficiency and customer service, including in pharmacy.
I did just have an issue with printing my Christmas cards here. There were lines from the roller across every card. When I brought them back to the counter, the staff initially said the problem might be with my photo, which I found a little insulting. But after the clerk had a brief consultation with a supervisor, they processed a refund, and I had them printed again at another Walgreens location without incident.
Overall, this location has served its community well over the years. Thanks guys!

Scheduled a rapid test online for my brother and got a confirmation. When he went to his appointment he was turned down by the pharmacist Linda, she said she doesnt want to provide the testing services because she doesnt want to get covid. I have so much respect to healthcare workers but Linda you shouldn't be on the frontlines if you turn down patients for your own sake. How much patients have you turned down? There is no disclaimer, clause whatsoever in Walgreens website stating that you have the right to say no to services.
1. There shouldn't be any option on the website at all and 2. There shouldn't have been any confirmation at all.
Imagine not feeling well, driving to this specific location because they had the testing option (not all location has) and then being turned down because of a healthcare workers personal gain? Disappointing.

I had the worst retail experience of my life at this Walgreens when making a return. Even with a receipt they gave me an incredibly hard time through the entire transaction and after 20 minutes of arguing I finally lost my temper and yelled and was told they were going to call the police and have me arrested. For what, I couldn't tell you. Unless you enjoy being treated like a criminal even when you've paid for product, I would suggest shopping at CVS instead. Better customer service and better sales.

I’ve had largely positive shopping and pharmacy experiences at this Walgreens. I’m surprised by the many bad reviews. The employees do seem stressed sometimes, but as long as I get my items and prescriptions I don’t mind if they’re a bit disengaged. I use the Walgreens app to request and track my prescription refills, and it works well with status updates. If you call, you may have to wait, but I’ve found the person helpful once I speak to them.

The pharmacists at this place are very helpful. Any time I need a prescription expedited or a doctor authorization requested, or have an insurance issue, they handle it same day. Sometimes they even fill the order or resolve the issue when I’m at the counter.
The lines can get busy before and after work, however.
