I visited the store last week. To my surprise, customer service was supreme, extremely helpful and kind. I wish I knew this boy name, but he was scrolling the aisle and offered to help me find my products, he also finalized my purchase. he patiently helped to change some account settings and gave me details about my rewards. I will return to this location.

Grateful to both Vienna and Anita for their courtesy and efficiency in helping me. I had a complicated return and a few pickup orders (online and photo orders). Vienna at the photo counter was really helpful and nice. Same for Anita who stepped in to help and provided great service while Vienna helped another customer with her photo order. This isn't my closest Walgreens location but thanks to them I'll be back.

Harassed by a security guard for taking photos for a job I was doing. He took a photo of me and said that "this location was hit last night" meaning that merchandise was stolen. I have nothing to do with that. He wanted to act like I was doing something illegal by taking photos.
I take photos of certain aisles at random locations, so I shouldn't be bothered. Nothing is private at this or any store.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. There is usually a 10-20 minute pharmacy line. There is often a long line at the front as well. The building is run down. I've been there when the whole store except the pharmacy is mysteriously closed. There was a crazy person waving money around and making a scene a couple weeks ago. Dealing with the pharmacy over the phone is also extremely difficult. On two different occasions they hung up on me TWICE after being on hold for 10m+. They have also silently canceled my refills without telling me. They wouldn't refill my medication because my wife ordered the refill and it had her name on the delivery despite the fact that we live at the same address. The list of complaints goes on and on. It's generally a nightmare to deal with this Walgreens.
I used to like Walgreens when I lived in Mountain View and when I lived in Florida but this location (and most San Francisco locations too) is awful. The state of Walgreens in San Francisco is causing me to move to an online pharmacy and shop elsewhere.

Firs, let me tell you there is one pharmacy employee name Blanca she totally cortous, respectful and amicable. The rest of the front desk pharmacy staff need to go to an extensive customer service trainings! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encounter in my life. I go there to pick up my mother's prescriptions, aside from Blanca, I've had one other young lady that was helpful, the rest were either having a horrible day or hate their job. I don't know and won't speculate regarding cultural sensitivity. I've called in the past and I get someone on the phone that cannot speak clear English! I don't know if this is intentional or they just play it. I asked for one of my mother's water pills, I could not remember the name

No compren en esta farmacia. Es un farmacia carísima y tratan a los latinos con total falta de respeto. Compren en Amazon (sale la mitad!) Yo compré gotas para ojos en línea y me hicieron esperar por 45 minutos en una cola que no era para mí. Y eso que les pregunté a DOS personas. Y luego me faltaron el respeto cuando reclamé. NUNCA más!

Go to any other pharmacy if you possibly can. The pharmacy is understaffed, so the workers are stressed and, as a result, rude. Calling the pharmacy means you will be on hold for 30 minutes, the person you speak to will interrupt you and bark their questions at you because they don't have time to be polite, and should you be unfortunate enough to not respond immediately, they will hang up on you and you'll have to go through the ordeal all over again. If you go in person, you'll be in line for a very long time.

Never enough staff on hand. Limited availability of products and everything is locked up with no one to grab stuff. They’re only in business because there is no other option

The staff are really nice, however the security are weird from time to time they change, but the current ones are sketch. I'd like to file a grievance with there company because, everytime I walk in there the pretty black girl just stares at my daughter I can't stand her for that reason, like F off, your store could be getting robbed, and your steady staring at my kid!! same with the large black guy. I also believe, via the cameras there seeing what kind of medication people take, witch is a privacy violation they have NO RIGHT. Ugh, completely brings my review down, with there creepy securities.Other then that, great prices! Super friendly Walgreens STAFF
