The pharmacy wait is truly unacceptable - they need to staff this pharmacy better! It’s such a long wait and everything is so disorganized. Even once i was at the window they couldn’t find my prescription for 15 minutes.

The store is ok, associates are very helpful and nice, but the pharmacy is one of the worst I have been to. With so many locations closing, it's a shame that customer service is going down too, because they will continue to lose customers.

No matter what time of day or day of week, there is always a long line. I feel terrible for their staff as they never have enough support.

It's one of the busiest stores. But the staff are very nice, wonderful, and polite too. I know sometimes the pharmacy is very busy but if you are very patient, they will get right with you.

I just got to San Francisco and was delighted to find a Walgreens within 2 blocks of my hotel. The cashier could tell I wasn't from the area and he gave me a genuine warmth welcome. All in all, a great experience. 👍

Echoing the other reviews that the pharmacy here is ridiculous. After waiting 25 minutes in line (!!!) the pharmacy tech decided my prescription wasn’t as important because it’s for an animal so she had me wait on the side while she helped the people behind me! I had to wait several more minutes for another tech to become available. Then was lectured because I didn’t know my last name was the one that would be used for my cat (the other walgreens has “cat” as his last name). I had to repeatedly ask her to hand me my prescription to stop the lecture. Super frustrating experience all around

Their photo services are the worst! The online Walgreens portal will direct to this Walgreens. Whenever you ask them for you order, the staff will avoid you and waste your time. They will not print out your documents. Don’t waste your time here.

Do NOT use for FedEx packages. I paid to redirect a package here as we were away. The staff onsite are not able to help with any FedEx issues and despite FedEx stating that the package is here it is NOT. zero recourse other than calling the infinite online hold loop at fedex.

The most inefficient Pharmacy is the city. After waiting in a long line, Orders are never actually ready when they say they would. Always need to comeback later, wait in the line again, and likely - it still won’t be ready! Who ever runs this place needs to bw fired! This is a forever persisting problem!

Pharmacist named Tammy is unhinged. I called along with a representative from my insurance to ask if a prescription was in stock and she yelled at both of us and hung up on us. “I aM a VeRy bUsY pHarMaCisT!” She sounded like a deranged person screaming on the street.
