Walgreens has been bought by Sycamore Partners who is basically destroying the company. (that's what they have a history of doing, buying companies and running them into the ground) Pre-pandemic and my whole life I could get my 1 month prescription refill. Since Sycamore has taken over I have to stop by twice a month because the pharmacist is not allowed to order the correct amount. Not by choice but Sycamore Partners change in policy. Also Walgreens has closed so many branches in SF and and cut employees they are overwhelmed. Everyone at the shop is doing the best they can but it is self created mess thanks to Sycamore Partners. I think SP is trying to have all shops close and force online pharmacies and no longer have a community pharmacist Which is despicable.

Walgreens is so depressing to walk into. Too many things are locked up and they never have enough staff. I went in today thinking I would buy a bunch of things since I needed to restock and I only bought one thing because everything else was locked up. It’s a terrible shopping experience and makes me just want to buy everything from your competitors online

Pharmacy needs to hire more clerks. Line is way too slow and some of the clerks are rude and incompetent. Take your business elsewhere. I miss the clerks who worked on Spear street.

Pharmacy line is way too long ! They should consider creating two separate lines for drop off and pickup. Spent 30 minutes waiting to pickup a prescription.

For some reason other Walgreens do not train their workers on passport photos. Excellent work was done here, truly appreciated.

I was in the city for a meeting and felt like I was fighting something and decided to vitamin and mineral up and that brought me to this location. I got some Zicam, zinc lozenges and mineral water. It's on the smaller side as you would expect from a downtown location but they had everything. I am bumping up a star for them just being open despite all the closures in the area.

They always take care of all my days from medication's to personal care Also, they have a nice selection of snacks, cleaning products, dish washing products, and all such things make up etc. etc..

Literally the slowest people at the pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Even when there is a long line they are hesitant to open the second window. It’s a night are to deal with these people. If you plan to pickup prescriptions expect at least a 20min between the line and just having them simply give you the prescription. It’s insane how terrible this customer service is at the pharmacy. If you try calling expect to be answered within an hour.There staff is clearly not ready to handle customers let alone any sort of demand

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacist Jenny is incompetent. If you call they will let the phone ring for five minutes then hang up. Won't fill prescriptions, commonly mix up dosages, shortages of common medicines. Please find a different nearby store. They urgently need to shut this store down.

Terrible store. I returned an item that I purchased online and she gave me a card with credit instead of returning my money. I just knew that the card only can be used at the store and even has restrictions on purchase. Even though that was her fault who had difficulties on system, the manager neglected my issue so my money was gone.
Be careful on returning your money. Just visit other locations. You don't need to feel bad on your purchase.
