My Dr. ordered a refill for a prescription and I got a notification in the Walgreens app saying it was delayed due to an insurance issue. After several days, I went to this Walgreens and asked what the problem was and if I needed to do anything on my end. They said no and suggested that it was just because the dosage changed. Now I am completely out of this medication that I. We’d to take, daily, and the prescription has completely disappeared from their records. What a mess. I will be switching pharmacies the first chance I get.

Prices are crazy expensive but they’re required to price match their online/app. Don’t let them try to tell you no. Either way, it’s only worth shopping here in a last-minute pinch.
Allpoint ATM is convenient though.

They would not accept a fedex package claiming there was a battery and then that it was too big, when fedex assigned this as the drop off point . When asked to show the stipulation they came with a list of hazardous materials including lithium battery which I offered for them to inspect. Then they claimed the driver is gone for the day so they can’t be held responsible. If you’re a fedex drop off point, then the least you can do is accept packages that are designated by

I am absolutely livid after my most recent interaction with the incredibly incompetent and disrespectful manager (pictured) at my local Walgreen’s.
I came in to do a simple cash deposit- I told the pictured woman that it was for $30 and gave her the barcode to scan (having done this successful DOZENS OF TIMES). Imagine my surprise when she asks for an ID and REFUSES to do the transaction for me! I asked to confirm; even for $30? She was adamant and I didn’t have the patience or time to argue with her.
After running all the way back home to grab my ID, I get back into line to watch her scurrying away for the day. Something told me she knew that what she did was wrong which would explain the sheepish, pathetic look on her face. The employee who did end up helping me adamantly refused to give me the pictured woman’s name, only that she was indeed her boss. If anyone else has documented instances of this woman’s prejudice something tells me this isn’t pure incompetence.

After i spoke to the store manager mary chu about the westernunion retuen, I thought the problem was resolved. I was there again for the Western Union return. The answer is NO again. manager today is Leo. He had the same attitude with other managers . They are all unprofessional and unfriendly!! Need to be retrained!!

This rating isn't the staff's fault, they've always been fairly helpful. Whoever is running the place really needs to realize that locking everything behind plexiglass will increase their staffing requirements - there just aren't enough people working the store to make it worth shopping at. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to grab 3 or 4 things, vs. amazon next-day which is cheaper and doesn't require standing around.
Likewise on pharmacy staffing - the folks behind the counter have always been nice, but there just aren't enough of them to handle the volume that they're asked to deal with.

Rude cashiers and bad customer service.. went in here tonight about 9:30 p.m. to get some snacks. Got a bag of cashews that was regularly $8 but on sale for $2.98. they rung up for $8. I told the cashier they were on sale.. He didn't answer me but he flipped the computer screen around and pointed to the price angrily. The whole time he's having a heated conversation in Chinese with his cashier coworker.. I walk back to check the price and I was right. Got back to the check stand and he still chatting it up with his coworker.. I asked him again and he said I needed to enter my phone number. It's not a language barrier, he just couldn't be bothered to do his job. No hello goodbye good evening. Both of these cashiers acted like customers were bothersome to them.. btw wasn't just me. Another customer walked out.
