Despite occasional harassment by street people and rampant theft, the staff always remained professional and customer- friendly. I always take advantage of sales, promotions and discounts, which always includes products I need and want. I go to my Walgreens often enough that the staff know what I frequently buy, and as soon as I enter the store, they inform me what favorites are on sale, before I even ask. That is the kind of service I have rarely received at CVS or Target and keeps me loyal to my local Walgreens.

28 minutes holding with epically annoying music, and every 30 seconds, the recorded voice stating that there is only one customer ahead of me.
No excuses please.
No meaningless apologies.

I am deeply disappointed by the recent incident that took place at this Walgreens location. I am writing this review to shed light on the racial profiling incident experienced by my friend, a regular customer at this store. It is disheartening to hear that she was followed around every aisle by the security guard for twenty minutes, falsely accused of stealing, and ultimately kicked out of the store.
Nobody should have to endure such treatment. It is concerning that the staff did not take appropriate action to support my friend during this distressing situation.
Profiling has no place in our society, and it is essential that businesses take proactive measures to prevent such incidents. I urge the management of this Walgreens location to address this issue seriously and implement training programs to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

Security guard racially profiled my friend and followed her around the store THEN LIED about seeing her put things in her bag (as if cameras aren't in the store). Not sure what possessed him to do that, but his employers should be concerned about a grown man who lies about seeing people steal.
