Shut this place down. Just trust that I am a competent adult capable of managing my prescriptions and health my entire adult life but holy smokes the people at this pharmacy need to be placed in a mental institute the way they make everyone’s life hell. I transferred to this Walgreens when I moved across the city into this neighborhood and from trying to charge me $350 for a medication I’ve never paid more than $4 for to calling

Took 10 days to fill an Rx. Never stocked. Half hour on hold to speak to pharmacy by phone. Rude staff. An hour wait in line to pick up a ready Rx. This place is horribly run.

I thought all the bad reviews were a bit over the top. No, they’re accurate. I called in a refill the day prior and waited at least 15 mins in line to pick it up . . . only to be told it’s not ready yet. I didn’t want to give Bezos more business, but I’m switching to Amazon pharmacy.

The one thing that stood out to me the most about this Walgreens is how so much stuff seems to be locked up. I get it, it’s San Francisco, but you’re not in a bad area by any means. Besides, what kind of revenue do you lose if someone steals a $4 bar of soap or a $5 bootleg pack of Pokémon cards? Anyway, at least the service was good. When we needed something that was secured, they came to assist very quickly, and the man at the cash register was polite. Another thing to note is that this Walgreens is pretty small, so don’t expect to find anything super specific you might need. I was never a big fan of Walgreens, but this one was okay. 3/5.

This Walgreens is a hidden gem! Jason went above and beyond to help me with printing critical documents, and his kindness really made my day. There was also a lovely lady working there who was equally helpful and kind. Great customer service like this is rare, thank you both!

Pharmacy wait times are 20+ minutes at all times. Meds are not kept in stock and auto refills do not work.

It never fails. Every time I come to pick up the prescription have been called several hours. You still have to wait to have it filled.
But why do they get their shit together?

Please hire more pharmacy personnel. The competent kind, would be even better. Standing in a long line and getting sent back and forth might be ok if we're waiting to get into concert, but not ok when you're in severe pain. Not to mention they almost gave me someone else's meds. I don't blame the people working there. They are obviously understaffed, overwhelmed, and stressed out, but maybe provide benches for people who are waiting to sit, the few chairs are definitely not sufficient for the 10 people in line. Also, there is no cell service there, so you can't even let anyone know why you've gone missing for an hour or two

Coming to this Walgreens is a painful experience. The line at the pharmacy is incredibly slow (expect to wait at least 30 mins even if there are only 4 people in front of you). Everything on the shelves is locked up too. Avoid.

Walgreens pharmacy is a night mare they text you and tell you your prescription is ready and you wait in a 30 min line to find out it’s not then
They need more pharmacist they took over pharmacy and did not increase there staff I would hate to work there seem like everyone is overworked and unhappy

Do not use this pharmacy! It is dangerous to use a pharmacy that plays games with your prescriptions. People can really get sick without their prescriptions.
