So thankful to have this Walgreens in my ‘hood. It’s a clean, well-organized and well-stocked store. Parking lot for convenience. The people who work in the store are friendly and helpful, and the Pharmacy is terrific. With all the pharmacies closing across San Francisco, this Walgreens Pharmacy is undoubtably going to be a bit busier, but they do a great job of fulfilling orders and helping us all get through our day-to-day. Thanks for getting us through a pandemic and thank you for your continued help as we navigate this crazy life!

They let me inside right as they were closing. .. I was still a block away as they were about to close and the gentleman that was about to close up shop noticed me and let me in. He didn’t have to so I wanted to say thank you🙏 Good customer service and a well stocked store that had everything that I needed.

Weaksauce pharmacy, doesn't even carry items they say they have on their website. Had to walk miles, literally miles to a different store a safeway to find a basic item they should stock at Walgreens. Do not shop here, total waste of my time.

Shout out to this Walgreens for being reachable by phone and able to help me solve a prescription issue when the other nearby Walgreens on Stockton was unhelpful and unreachable. I was able to speak with pharmacy reps promptly and get my prescription filled same day. No nonsense. A rarity in 2025 for a Walgreens.

Was double billed for prescriptions, person I spoke with over phone in pharmacy was rude and incompetent. Told me there was nothing they could do unless I came in then put me on hold after 10 minutes I hung up. All I've heard are excuses, now they are telling me it will take 2 to 3 days to reverse charge. Didn't take that long for them to charge me.

The store itself is great but pharmacy needs some work. They take an incredibly long time to fill prescriptions and open hours are minimal. Doctor sent a prescription in yesterday around 3:30 pm and it was not ready until 6:30 pm - just 30 mins before the pharmacy closes, which did not leave me enough time to walk over. They then did not open until 10 am this morning, which means I went nearly an entire day without necessary medication after it was prescribed. When I went to pick it up at 10 am, there were 10+ people waiting for their medications and only 1 person ringing them up, further delaying pick up and getting meds in my body. Every time I go to the dr, they say meds should be ready at the pharmacy in 30 mins, which has been the case with other pharmacies in the past but never here. Unfortunately it is the only option in my area otherwise I would go elsewhere.

I've been here a lot and usually have a good experience. The place is clean and the staff is generally reasonable. They experience a ton of theft so much of the stuff is locked up but I can't blame them. I'm a little surprised at all these negative reviews as I don't believe I've ever had a truly negative experience there, outside of seeing people get converged on for theft.

mechanical, uncaring pharmacy. my doctor has asked me to have my pharmacist show me how to use my diabetic pen shot the first time. When I asked the pharmacist refused with out an explanation and just walked away.

Very poor service, asked for advice about a SIM card, got the answer: I don't use it, I don't know anything, yes Jr can activate it. Downright bad.

I recently visited this Walgreens and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite spending $120, the staff, particularly an older Asian man, made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking for assistance with a locked shelf. His demeanor was unwelcoming, and communicating was difficult due to his poor English and lack of manners. It's disheartening to receive such treatment, especially when making significant purchases. I expected better customer service from a reputable store like Walgreens.
