On June 21, I bought a Fastrak transponder. On June 22, I decided to return it - because I registered with Fastrak using a license plate. The cashier refused to return the money because the envelope was open. At the time of purchase, the envelope was already open. Also, other envelopes with transponders on the shelf were also open.
The worst service.
How can I return a transponder that I did not use?

No inventory. Asked on the register how to redeem 85 cents on my app. The lady was completely flabbergasted, could not speak English, and just kept staring at my phone.

The middle age Asian clerk is very helpful and very fast. She knows her job. She gets our packages at the Fed Ex section and she signed us up for the Walgreens credit card. I returned to the store to try to return candy and she was right, if I did that it will cancel out my cash rewards I earned. I came back another day, she wasn't there to return the candy. Later on customer service told me I needed to purchase an item with the credit card to reinstate my rewards and I had 45 days to do it. I charged on my credit card and my rewards were reinstated. In the beginning I felt she was a bit abrupt as we had a difficulty trying to deal with the issue of Fed Ex not responding and not receiving our delivery. She calmly suggested we go to the Fed Ex headquarters located on Sloat Blvd. We did and was able to resolve our issue. This clerk is a diamond, she exemplifies professionalism, knowledge on her job duties and patience with the customers. Wish more employees would model after her work ethic. She's also very courteous.

Love my local Walgreens for over 20 years!! They struggle with people stealing alcohol and pan handlers and the pharmacy is wonderful and personable except when they are short handed and someone new is nervous while learning Keep up the great customer service

Absolutely atrocious service from Vera at the pharmacy. Made a simple prescription order difficult with rudeness and bizarre condescending "customer service from Hell's pharmacy" tone. Moments like this make options online more feasible it is ashame as it is nice to have physical stores and good customer service.

Usually has what I need. Atmosphere is okay if you don't mind having people shoplift around you. The only friendly employee is Maria, and the rest just seem bummed out that they have to work there. However, I hear the pharmacy is pretty good.

Many items are locked away. You need to wait for a customer service person to unlock the item. That customer service person takes their sweet time. This becomes particularly annoying if you need to buy multiple items that are locked away or if you want to compare ingredients for several products before deciding. Also, does locking the items really reduce theft? Someone can still get an employee to unlock the item and then walk out of the store with it. Please remove this extremely annoying feature and figure out a better way to prevent theft!

Thank you Walgreens for having a high pressure hose and a generator wake my wife, my baby and I up at 6am. I thought someone was stealing a catalytic converter only to find it was someone watering the sidewalk.

The store is small and basic, but it does have everything you need!Something that stood out when we went, was that while we were waiting in line there was a lady who was giving the cashier a REALLY hard time. She kept on telling him that he was being rude to her (he certainly was not) and escalated her attitude. He stayed calm and collected the whole time. I was pretty impressed.All in all a solid store.
