Terrible service, I pressed the help button and no one came. Plus, the interior is terrible. Very dim lights and floor is extremely dirty. All staff members ignored me when I asked for help. Definitely don’t recommend.

This Walgreens was bad- and now that they closed all the other Walgreens close by, it’s waaaaay worse. About an hour long lines to pick up prescriptions - absolutely the worst pharmacy experience here in sf

Slow incompetent staff. 50% of merchandise is locked up but they won’t assist you to get something. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get a toothbrush. What a joke.

Too many nightmare stories with the pharmacy to count. They never explain, never apologize, won't update your prescription status so you have to call and be hold for 30 minutes. Flat out lie about when it'll be ready, etc

Absolutely awful service. I stood for 1 hour in the line in another Walgreens and because of their mismanagement, I had to go go the sunset Walgreens and they insisted I stand in the line again. Not sure what’s going on with all the Walgreens but I’m switching to CVS. Any other pharmacy has to be better than this because Walgreens sets the lowest bar.

Worst pharmacy experience.
Long line, more expensive medications than my other pharmacy, impossible to get anyone on the phone. Go somewhere else.

Store opens at 7 but the pharmacy opens at 8, then when it does it consistently has a long line that moves painfully slow. Prescriptions take way too long to be filled so it's an all day rigmarole just to get my prescriptions that aren't allowed to be mailed to me directly. This is one of the better Walgreens locations with easy parking but I'm so ready for this chain to be replaced or have some more convenient and sensical ways of running a business.

Wait to check out at the pharmacy is consistently *very* lengthy, even when line is short. (About 1 customer checking out every 6-11 minutes)Been this way for several years.

Extremely slow, disorganized pharmacy. Takes 30 minutes for every 6 people in line. Workers need replaced by robots asap. Faster to mail your prescription than wait in line.
