Poor service. Poor communication. I thought this would be smooth, easy, and thanks for nothing. The SF location is not helpful at all. I never received an email or a call regarding any type of rescheduling yet the nurse recorded it. Terrible, and again, thanks for nothing.

NEVER come here. I came for a live scan/fingerprints and the poor woman had no idea what she was doing. It must have been her first and was completely alone. Had to call her manager 4 times to ask her questions about how to proceed with the fingerprints. Then didn't know how to use the machine and spent 20 minutes trying to reboot it. Once she figured it out she retook my fingerprints at least 3 times PER finger. I finally got out of there after an hour when it only should have taken fifteen minutes. I left and then she called me back saying she accidentally didn't process my payment and said I had to come back 20 minutes later when I was already on the other side of town. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
