Wells Fargo cost me 2.5 million dollars are denying funds to purchase a motel outside the The Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument that included a new 3 bedroom house, 12 single level drive up rooms and sat on 5 frontage road acres near the middle of town back in 2013. When I applied for the loan the loan officer wouldn't even let me right out an application even though I had banked there since 2004.Today, this financial institution won't even allow me to transfer $20k to complete an entirely different type of business transaction. After 20 years of this kind of abuse, it is safe to say Ill be putting this dinosaur away. Best of luck to you Wells because ya are gonna need it.

Wells Fargo brokerage made a mistake on what I asked them to change, which they told me at the time they had done correctly. I also asked them a question; they didn't know the answer and said they would call back. They never did. I called back to see about the answer; the person messaged the guy I had talked to last time, but didn't get a response. Never got a call back or an answer. When I later noticed that one of the things I originally asked them to change, I called them about it to get them to correct it, and they were very rude about the fact they made a mistake and had to fix it. Extremely poor customer service! Also, when you're signed in and try to send a message through their message center, it never works. It goes nowhere and you get an error message. I don't know why they have that functionality on the site if it repeatedly does not work.

The bank covers the fraudulent schemes of its customers. It is highly likely that if you paid to this bank, you will not be able to return the funds in case of problems.

Bethany, the service branch manager, was one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever encountered at Wells Fargo.

I just ended my 12-year old relationship with Wells Fargo. I opened an account with them 12-years ago at college orientation when I was a freshman in college. Since then I have rarely ever gotten good service for them. I have found their bankers and even branch managers to be incompetent, ill-informed and just plain rude. But the following was the final straw for me to end my relationship with this fraudulent institution.I have a 798 FICO and have NEVER EVER been late on any payments on my credit. I own a few credit cards from different banks, one of them with a hefty annual fee and credit limit upwards of $20,000. But when I saw that Wells Fargo was offering a large cashback bonus, I decided to apply for a simple Wells Fargo Credit Card. After getting a weird notification about having to call a number, I decided to do so. When I called the first time, the Customer Service rep asked whether I was a citizen of the U.S., which seemed like an invasion of privacy, but I entertained her anyway. When I informed that I am a LEGAL immigrant she said that my application would be denied because of that. Nevermind that I had a credit card with them many years ago, or that I had a car loan with them in the past. I did not care much at first, other than being a little perplexed since I have never been rejected for a credit card application. But after digesting the matter for a while, I decided to call back the customer care that afternoon to learn more about this policy. This time the customer service agent I got was extremely rude when I inquired whether it was bank policy to not offer a credit card to immigrants she cut me off, and said, I kid you not "you may have the right to work but you do not have the right to credit." Which of course is false. I froze and couldn't react, so I hung up on her. But I am filing a complaint with the State of California and have terminated my relationship with this bank that openly discriminates against immigrants.
