Will cancel your account after 15 years without warning if you're assigned work overseas.
They have big banner that states for international address updates call this number. Called, they filled out the address and then read me the disclaimer about closing the account. Incredibly shady.

I spoke to a wonderful woman who helped me to dispute a payment to a company that doesn’t negotiate with refunds or store credit. She was very professional and smart and her name was Leslie and Thank god for her! I’ve been with this bank for years and it’s good!

Honestly no matter if you provide documents or not and try to explain to an agent on the line there will always be different answers and different opinions. No one will be able to assist especially when it comes to life crisis. I do not recommend!
