Just wanted to highlight the absolutely amazing customer service from the branch manager who went above and beyond to find me $2 bills after the lunar celebrations. His entire team, including Tony, was absolutely great! Tony you're such an amazing teller with a great welcoming and genuine smile! Great team you guys.

ONE TELLER. ONE. That's all I'm going to say. They should at least install their newest in-branch ATMs for large withdrawals, because this isn't helping. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wells Fargo sucks in general, but this branch is especially awful. They hire one teller to staff the counter and let the lines balloon to 20+ people. I would never willingly bank here, but my work does, so I'm forced to go here to deposit checks. Genuinely baffling that any company would let their lines get this bad.

Sergey (I think he is the bank manager) was super helpful in answering all my questions today when I needed the bank to verify my identity for a form. Thank you so much! Nice, clean, spacious bank location.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Literally the WORST security guard ever. Asked to use the restroom (as a customer) and was yelled at because they were about to close and they didn’t have one for the public (which generally means it’s for customers only). The manager finally explained the restroom is in a secure area and apologized but I will never bank at Wells Fargo and we will be closing my fiancés account with them. Absolutely abhorrent behavior. I will also be reporting the security guard to her company for her attitude and rudeness.

There's only two tellers here and the wait is unbelievable. I don't even bank here but because my job has a bank here, this is where I cash my check. Next time I'll just stick with going to the Noe Valley location.

wowza... i had to be here two days in a row, the first and the second days of the month. two super busy banking days, as everyone knows...but the branch had two tellers and they had to take turns taking breaks.so the wait times were 30 minutes and 50 minutes respectively. NO ADDITIONAL TELLERS at all on the second day. this is seriously insane.i am STILL in line!

I have been banking with this branch since I moved to SF.They always have been very professional and welcoming every visit..Thank you Serge and Omar for remembering my transaction from last week and having everything ready today. What great customer service.I even seen Omar and Serge mingling and chatting with the customers in line. Making sure everyone's needs were met.With these little things, you all bring the professional compassionate and the friendly spirit this neighborhood needs.Thank you for all you do.Ciao

Not a revew of this branch - but a review of Wells Fargo's bait and switch practice on new account bonuses - hiding under undisclosed fine print.I saw an offer for bonus for doing several things including opening acct, direct deposit setup, etc.When I opened the account the confirmed offer was applied to my account. If the system already knew I was ineligible for the offer it should have clearly stated that - but it did not. That's where the deception comes to play.After I did all the required work of connecting my pay check via direct deposit to this new account and adding $4000 via direct deposit ... then I waited and waited & I never got the bonus.I escalated to management who also refused to honor the offer - hiding under the skirt of some undisclosed fine print.Find a more ethical banking company that does not engage in deceptive offers.
