I was house sitting for a friend in San Francisco and he asked me to deposit 300 of his own money in his account and gave me all his information. The bank teller was very polite and speedy, she told me I couldn't deposit cash in a personal account and suggested writing a check my from my account to deposit in my friend's account. Within a couple of minutes everything was done! It's nice to run into a professional who cares about helping customers and is proactive trying to figure out a solution around a problem!

Been to this branch for many times. Today I went there regarding my monthly service fee, change address and report lost credit card. Niem Duong, I believe he is the manager, had been very nice and helpful. He had saved me so much time from calling here and there to get everything done.

My Brother who is mentally challenged had a fraudulent check drawn on his account. He did not report it within 30 days and Wells Fargo would not credit his account. I tried the Executive Office and after establishing a contact, they would no longer reply to my emails because they were "reassigned to a different department". This happened twice. I tried to contact the Board of Directors but they have email filters so you cannot contact them. Never do business with these people!

I lost my username and because I don't have social security number I cannot set up my app. In this branch one of the employee told me that she can do with my Visa card . I came 5 minutes before 5 and the staff told me in a rude way that is too late and of course the other employee lie ,I need to call a number. Denis victor Sanchez

The tellers are nice, but the manager sucks. I'm a Wells Fargo customer, the company I work for has business account with them as well. Today I wanted to withdraw money from my personal account. I showed my expired driver license with a DMV issued temporary paper driver license, cuz I'm still waiting for my renewal license. The manager Ken Nguyen declined to give me the money out from my account unless I showed him my passport. At first I understand if that's a company policy, but I tried to let him know my problem of going home to get my passport is gonna take me 2 hour and the bank will be closed by then. I was being nice n hoped if there is another way to get my money out. I showed him another government issued employment authorization card n other legitimate cards to proof it's me. Then Ken Nguyen gave me an attitude that he just doesn't want to help nor listens to me. He even mentioned, "if u know other brunch manager, tell them to help you, cuz I don't know u, I don't do business w u, I'm not going to help u on this." WOW to this rudest store manager.

They customers service is satisfying but I don't know if this branch is different than other banks but they bee having different rule than other Wells Fargo branches.
