They remodeled it and dont have actual tellers. The only reason I go into banks is for quarters for laundry :(

Wells-Fargo SF location with parking garage bearby. Has about 3-4 windows and 1 ATM. Very compact.

I went to make a deposit here in cash. The teller takes my cash, turns around and uses a machine behind her to count it. It comes up short by almost $400! I tell her to recount it again and it comes up even shorter! I ask for manager and tell her my money is short, her response is that their cameras are monitored by wells Fargo security and that if anything went wrong I would be contacted shortly. Yeah right! I called up their help line to report it and luckily they are going to look into it for me.. Dont trust this branch. Why are the money machines out of sight of the customer? It looks like they are also in a blind spot for the camera above it. Shady f****** set up, do not make large cash deposits here!

Excellent customer service from everyone. Max, Donna, Nakita, Sherry, Chanda, and the whole staff are very helpful. I feel like family when I come in to deposit or withdraw money.

We've been using the ATM and then getting quarters ($100) at this bank for over six years. Today I went in to get quarters and the bank manager said that it has never been the policy of the bank to give more than $20 in quarters. When I explained that they always have for as long as I've lived in the neighborhood, he acted like I was crazy or lying. I'm sad to say that I should have expected this from a company as shady and deceitful as Wells Fargo has become.
