After 30+ years of being with Wells Fargo I closed my accounts with them and even the closing of my accounts was a horrible experience. I'm so happy I don't have to deal with this bank ever again.

Absolutely appalling that after a 3 day weekend they have only 1 teller and a line of 6 people. And this problem occurs on a regular basis. Please has Chase or another bank buy this organization already. It's a joke as it is. PS as I've typed this 3 more people joined the line

I think this is the most stupid bank I've ever had to deal with. They keep sending me letters regarding my deceased parent, who as far I know, never had an account with them. I have asked them to stop several times, but they keep doing it, and ask for documentation about me, my mother, our relationship, etc. Instead of reducing my junk mail, this has now become an issue - taking both our time and energy, reducing any chance that I will ever have an account with them.

Worst Wells Fargo I've had the displeasure to visit, the slowest service there's only one teller most of the time and they take forever just to cash a simple check which I understand would be delayed if it wasn't because I cash the same check for the same amount every single week. It's just ridiculous and unprofessional.

I wanted to leave a review for the Wells Fargo in the Safeway at upper Market St but this is as close as I could find. I just wanted to thank the teller whom took time to help me even though it was her lunch break...as it was mine as well and I was in a real hurry and she must have seen it in my face. Instead of passing me off to another agent AUDELINA stopped to help me at the expense of her own lunch time. I thought the least I could do was let people know what great service I go with her and leave a review.

I've been on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes. And supposedly I'm a top tier customer. So Frustrating. If I didn't have so many accounts with WF I would be able/ready/happy to walk away!

If I could give this company negative stars I for sure would do that. They are a horrible company and will just hold peoples checks for no reason. Why does it take a week in business days to give me my money I worked my a** off for. I have two kids ones autistic and I'm a single parent. And all you can tell me is sorry. sorry I can't pay my bills sorry I can't afford food for my kids now. SORRY sorry isn't gonna do anything for my kids. Then you randomly give me 400 and I give money to bills and now I'm negative.

They are very helpful when I go into the bank. It's never really crowded and there are no theatrics like at the Civic Center branch. The 16th Street branch can be a little spooky at the ATM when it's dark!

Wells Fargo has been busted for opening up fraudulent accounts, committing mortgage fraud. Wells Fargo has agreed to pay $3 billion to settle criminal charges and a civil action stemming from its widespread mistreatment of customers in its community bank over a 14-year period, the justice department announced on friday. from 2002 to 2016, employees used fraud to meet impossible sales goals. latest episode--i paid to wire money into wells fargo. i called branches and the 800 number so they would have my money ready. branch phones went to messages saying they are currently not answering the phone. during regular business hours! i go in and they could not give me all the money i needed that i wired in.

This branch has been exceptional in their service. I look forward to interacting with the staff, not only because of their professionalism, but also because of their kindness. I have always been treated with the upmost respect. I am a person of color which shouldn't matter, and doesn't; although some people feel differently.
