Before COVID-19 They had a great manager. Victor was great. Management NOW at 2595 Mission Street is terrible. They canceled too many appointments. They can’t keep up . short staffed. Wells Fargo needs to really do something about it.

The Service is excellent, the times I have gone they have always treated me very well, very professional.

Another one of the worst Wells Fargo’s around. Every moment of time they are open they have a line out the door. They never have enough people working. I’d damn near pay my employer to switch the companies they issue the checks from. This bank is a joke and more reassurance as to why i have since closed my account here
