I’ve used this Wells Fargo branch for about 5 years; mostly in the last year when I was making major transactions where I needed a “real” person. The tellers and the mortgage banker there, have been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. With the homeless loitering along that block, I’m not comfortable using the ATM, even with onsite security, so I go inside. Dealing with the public is not easy, so I try to be patient and pleasant with them.

Banker Adriana Garcia spent time to explain everything clearly, followed the procedures and paid attention to detail. Hard to see ppl take their jobs seriously nowsdays.

Wells Fargo placed a hold on my account without prior notice, putting me in a really tough financial situation. This action was taken based on my nationality, which is clear discrimination. Don't trust them with your money.

I don't know why this branch has such low rating but I've always had a good experience here in the three years that I live in the neighborhood. All the tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable, loan officer is helpful and informative, and the manager of the branch is nice too. This branch is conveniently located for people who live in the area and work around here.

ATMs here are dangerous . I just added money yesterday using one of the ATMs. At next day 5:00 am I got a message that my card account I had used for this ATM has had 2 hundred dollars unauthorized transaction. I only use this card once at this month.

This branch is located below where I reside so it’s very convenient for me to go there first and every time I’m disappointed and have to go to some other branch.The only thing they’ve been helpful with is depositing money when the ATM outside is not working.

Super slow service. Just One teller working, which happens to be super slow. Ended up leaving after waiting for 15 monutes without talking to anyone. One of the worst experiences ever.

This branch doesn't attend it's patrons well. Despite 4 employees being present they didn't open ip another window with 5 people in line.
