Employees refuse to exchange small amounts of money for quarters. This is a basic banking service that should be available to anyone. I recommend going elsewhere with your business

Horrible service. I went to the branch on 24th st in San Francisco 3 times now taking time from work, for a simple service, and they still have not been able to do it. I have been with WF for 16 years and I am closing my account today.

I got problem with black guy manager. He said don't want deal with me in rude voice tell his teller get branch manager deal with me.simple correct him in old money exchange. Don't know his name but he simple a****** in my book.
