The pharmacy team knows how to help those who may need extra help! It's nice to see a team that knows what's important.

When I walked in here it felt like the twilight zone. Everything and everyone literally moved in s l o w motion. I wanted to make a quick purchase- one bottle of water. It took me 15 minutes to get out if that store. I think of myself as a person with plenty of patience but when there is one cashier ringing and a line of 4 people, please call for assistance. I waited. Patiently. Behind 2 people in front of me who apparently were stocking up for the next pandemic. Curse me for being thirsty!

Asked the manager Dennis for help to locate the Zicam nasal spray.. when I asked the first time he straight up ignored me. I had to ask another 2 time when he finally helped me he just told me "it's over there." I responded back if I knew where over there is I wouldn't have been asking for help. I spent another 15 mins looking for the item while he was doing his own thing. Worst customer service I ever had in walgreens.

I hurt my knee this weekend so I went in to this Walgreens to get a compression band. The shelf was empty so I asked the employee at the register if she could check her computer to see if they had any inventory. She told me to go back and look again even though I told her they were out. I politely asked again if she could just simply check the computer. She said she would call for someone to assist me. I waited almost 10 minutes and no one came. Finally, I asked a pharmacy technician who was there if they had inventory and he told me to ask the woman at the register because they're the ones who manage inventory. I went back and there were at least 15 people in line and the other item that the woman was holding for me was tossed aside. I just walked out. I've been going to this Walgreens since they opened decades ago. I've never been treated this way.

The pharmacy team is awesome.... they are friendly and informative. Danny at the pharmacy front does a great job in getting the line moving and handling all the prescriptions that come in. He remembers peoples' names and does a good job in greeting them. The main cashiers at the front are not as efficient and speedy in their transactions. Even with 2 cashiers, the is a line and its not unheard of waiting 10 minutes. The shelves are well stocked and the inside of the store is clean. The outside of the store is a whole other story. The sidewalk and area around the store is filthy and trash is everywhere. Today there were 2 homeless men sleeping/passed out at the front of the store. There was also a makeshift encampment on the side of the store. The restrooms are currently closed due to Covid.

Store is clean , well stocked , and have only noticed one service error that was corrected. To get value sign up for rewards and coupons . Also easy parking , if not seeing a space in front there should be one behind the store.

I'm really surprised to read negative reviews re: this Walgreens. I've been a frequent customer there for over 20 years now, and I've never encountered any unprofessional behavior from either the store staff or the pharmacy staff.

Problem is, there is rampant shoplifting in this store, and there is nothing the staff can do given Walgreens Corporation now follows S.F. City policy that basically does not treat stealing of goods under $950 as a crime worth stopping. Yesterday I watched as a group of skateboarding teens just walked in, filled up their bags, and walked out. It was done with no fear, no hiding, just like it was all free for them. The staff told me there is nothing they can do, and corporate policy tells them not to. The Richmond police also told me they do not prosecute such minor crimes, and will let anyone doing such sub $950 theft go free with no repercussions. So pretty much, you can go in and take what you want, no reason to even be sneaky about it. Maybe some of you should give them five starts for that?? Myself, I do not want to support an establishment that does not want to participate in teaching lessons to delinquent youth, that is basically telling them no repercussion will be faced for theft, come in and get what you want, other customers will pay for it. That said, the staff here is actually pretty nice and does their best given their resources, been going here for years and am happy with them, that's why they get two big stars, not one. Will try not to go there in the future -- I now see doing so as supporting crime -- as letting it happen is supporting it.

What strange days we live in now in this wearing old, new normal. If it wasn't out of just sheer necessity was my reason for evening stopping. There are literally no other options around open. It appears to be nearly one out of ten businesses closed around this drug store? This building feels like a fallout bunker during a pandemic, upon entering. I was able to secure the precious bottles of water needed to continue my journey at a fair price. Through metered spacing and behind plexiglass partitions, the man from the other side of the counter - with gloved hand and a weary eye with covered face took my money. Retrieving my change even more awkward. Back out through the glass barriers into the light, on my journey once more. 3 Stars - it was open and had what I needed, and served its purpose 00705

Great store during Corona season! If you need to grab something quick and get out, this is the place. Anytime after 6, there are pretty much no lines.

It was around 2:55 PM and I encountered the rudest effing cashier ever. It was this bald Asian guy. He was so plain looking, the mask he was wearing actually gave him a personality. Anyway, to cut a long story short, all I asked the guy was, "Do you happen to know when..." and before I could finish my question he cut me off by saying "It doesn't matter what you were going to ask, I don't know." Like really, what TF is this guy's issue. If you are unhappy with your job, then quit. If you are stressed TF out, take time off from work. I have lived in this area almost 10 years and I have been to this Walgreen's only three times...And to think this Walgreen's is super close to me. This j*** should not he working as a cashier. He needs to be placed where he has no customer contact so that he can fester in his own misery !!! I did get to talk and share some of my sentiments with one of the managers on duty. I took time to actually write a review because no one should be subjected to this person ever again. Considering what challenging times we are going through, this j*** ought to be ecstatic that he has a job...

I've been going here for many years, and I trust the employees to deal with me fairly. Today, I picked up some developed pictures (yeah I know, who does this anymore). I paid for the pictures and found out that, due to user error, the pictures were just colors and blurs. Despite that the store was busy, the person helping me very kindly and quickly gave me a full refund! I am glad it is located here, I am sorry that they sometimes have to put up with some bad characters, and I appreciate their attentive service.

I don't usually shop in Walgreens physical locations any more because I find the online site easier and cheaper to use, what with the many coupons and free shipping offered online. But, I did need a couple of items that would not wait so I dropped in here. I mainly needed cosmetic items and got absolutely no help from the formery very helpful cosmetics lady, so I was kind of on my own trying to find what I needed. While I was there I noticed her having to remove an indigent from the store, and she seemed pretty detached and exhausted by the situation . Another thing I noticed is the new checkout station in the makeup department. There used to be an enclosed counter an employee could stand behind which offered some protection from indigents and otherwise undesirable people, and that has been replaced by a "beauty station" which is open on 4 sides. No wonder she has no desire to be in an area of the store with no protection. Bad planning on Walgreens part. I found what I needed and paid. IMO things have gone downhill and I don't blame any of the employees at Walgreens. It just seems to reflect the sad state the city is in.
