Extremely rude. Couldn't even get money from my WU money transfer. They only offered a money order that I would have to take to another check cashing and pay another 10% to cash!!!

I ran so much just to find it closed... tbh i hate this so soo much. it's fine I understand staff closes exactly at the time they're expected to but then I check website & it says "closes in 1H"???? okkkI searched for another spot but didn't find any open at this time. is there any way to send money a little later? I finish work late so it's not practical for me.. also my card stopped working so I only had the money in cash to send to my little sister for her b-day.I need a new alternative - someone help!! (ps: i found finnt, does anyone know about it?? i joined the waitlist to try it - it looks like it's not open yet.)

Always works. When it works. Which is never an all day trying to find a Western Union that working only to find the last one closed right at the transaction was going through right at 9:00. And sadly, I (we) didn't get any money that night. That's what I thought it was Walgreens was supposed to close at 10: 00, but for some reason.. also that wasn't the end of it. It took several more hours that night trying to find a 24-hour cashier which would never happen..

Karen with a K I asked her why are the doors open and why the app say at 6pm, also why are you still picking up the phone its 4o'clock, Supposedly she said they close at 2o'clock and I asked her the same thing I said at the top she said it is what it is... like what's wrong with people

Horrible service. The overweight teller harrassed me. Told me I was a crack head and told me to stop asking my family for western union money. When that has nothing to do with my transaction . And to go home. I am homeless and had no family I was recently in contact with. Very rude loud and UNprofessional.

not only does it smell like public bathrooms there they have very poor customer service only 3 people out all of the people treat everyone equally other than that also the time in the google maps says they close at 9 pm , but they really close at 8pm

I'm in line right now on a saturday afternoon there is literally 20 people in line and only one person working here to help the customers, wow! Definitly would not recommend this place if you are in a rush Lol

The manager was really rude and treated me really bad because of my religion because she was nice but after she took my passport she became really agressive and rude all i wanted is to recieve a payment that i sent from my account with my name so i was the sender and the reciever because i was just visiting san fransisco but she wants me to give her a name it was really a bad experince and the staff is not nice at all and agressive would never consider even dealing with them again amd wih all that she was the manager because i wanted to talk to the manager and they said she was the manager

My first time here and not gonna lie, it does freak me out. The sketchy neighborhood along with the groups block the doors and offer you drugs. Cat all, hit on etc. my heart beat so fast. But I have no choice, Money Mart couldn't cash my company check due to its lack of info. My company is an e-commerce/startup. We hire an independent accountant firm and manually manage most things. So when they tried to verify my check, the company comes with no land phone number, the listed building has a dozen of the same name. The waiting line was quite long too. It means that when something is stuck, I have to go back all the way to the end to wait for the next turn. I'd been there almost 2 hours, no lie. Thanks God the employees were super nice and patient. They explained every details and answered almost all my questions (trust me, I had a trillion ones.) The manager, June, i think he can feel my frustration as I came back and forth (in the line) to see him no less than 5 times. Everyone I tried to contact didn't pick up their phones. No way to verify my info. So frustrating. To cut it short, June gave me a way out and we figured it out by going online and accept my online work schedule, my manager's info on LinkedIn and her business card. Once the files were clear, I received my payment in cash without waiting until Monday for clearance. This day would be extremely frustrated if it wasn't for June. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You save my day xoxo
