Do not shop here unless you want to wait for hours of a prescription to be filled, only to return hours later and it still not be filled. Only fun part of visiting and waiting there for hours is that you sometimes get to see people walk out with free stuff because nobody stops criminals.

I wrote a review 8 months ago and the pharmacy situation has not changed. This location is the worst in the city. They leave you on a phone hold for hours and when you go into the actual store for help the pharmacy is unorganized and rude. They need to fire the pharmacy staff and start over.

Went to pharmacy department for pickup. They are always understaffed with usually just one person at the register. The wait time is always long. Fortunately, I only have one prescription there with the others all mail order. Been trying to switch this prescription to mail order as well so I can avoid the mess at Walgreens
