HUGE shoutout to the fabulous Who Let the Dogs Out dog walker this afternoon! Wowza! THANK YOU!! Around 12PM in Cow Hollow, on Vallejo Street (between Buchanan and Laguna), this wonderful dog walker was picking up a dog when she noticed me trying to catch what appeared to be a lost dog (wandering the street and crossing without regard)... Once she picked up her dog for their exciting outing AND without being asked, she kindly stopped her day to assist me... OMG! And even requested the assistance of the doggie parent she had just picked up! Whatever it took... you could tell, she cared... It turned out that the dog was not lost... belonged to some construction guys on the block... Hmmm... well, that's probably another posting somewhere else... I've had multiple dog walkers in my life... and have a fabulous dog trainer/walker now... I was so impressed with this very caring dog walker! In my opinion, she went above and beyond... dog walking to her appeared to be caring for all dogs... not just those under her fabulous care! I'm very grateful for her assistance today... *APPLAUSE*

Highly recommend Lauren and her dog walking team! They take amazing care of my King Charles Cavalier, Frankie. He runs to the door when Apollo arrives. And Frankie is out for almost two hours a day. A true gift. Lauren and her team are punctual, kind, considerate and like family. Five stars all around.

Find a someone who looks at you the way Hiccup looks at Rob. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire team at WLTDO including Lauren and the fabulous Rob! Hiccup absolutely loses his mind every time he hears Rob at the door. He comes home completely zonked after every walk with his pack - sleepy pup, happy pup! I appreciated Lauren's immediate response and that she came out to meet us at home. She found the best pack to fit Hiccup's energy and our schedule. I feel so lucky to have found Lauren and Rob after researching so many dog walking groups in the city. The only reason we have to say goodbye is because we are moving. Hiccup will miss his pack so much. If you made it this far, then pull the trigger and call Lauren today!

1:45pm-Tuesday December 21st., 2021: I was driving on Marina Blvd. in San Francisco, as I came to the Broderick stop sign heading East. A car at Broderick heading North proceeded through the intersection. I proceeded and was cutoff mid intersection by a Red Van with The Who Let the Dogs out logo. The driver appeared to be under the influence. The van blew though the stop without slowing. Who Let the Dogs Out is in the business of caring for and protecting dogs. This white male with a knit beanie endangered me and my dogs: Freckles, Jocko and Pippin as well as any dogs that were in the van he was recklessly driving. I would not allow reckless drivers in questionable condition to care for my dogs and neither should you.

I've known Lauren and the Who Let the Dogs Out gang for nearly 20 years and have been training dogs in the Bay Area myself for 30. Over those years I've sent dozens of people to Who Let the Dogs Out because over all that time I've had ample opportunity to see how Lauren and her team run their business - first rate is how they run it. They offer a great service at a reasonable cost and have an extremely professional team to make sure your dog is having a great time. I continually recommend Who Let the Dogs Out to all my clients in the area they serve. They're great. Give them a try.

I've thought about writing a review for the last 13 years but hadn't done it because in my heart I truly don't like to hurt businesses. However, every time I see the red van drive by I become agitated and remember what happened to my dog with her one and only experience. Hopefully, since then the ownership or practices have changed. 13 years ago I got very excited about this company taking my dog out and I purchased a special little car seat so that she wouldn't be rolling around in the back of the van with all the other dogs. I explained what I wanted to the driver and he told me that it was not possible because there was too much pee and p*** in the back of the van (what?). I explained that she's pretty small and fear submissive to larger dogs. He told me that he would put her in the front seat and I watched him do so. Within 5 minutes he had pulled off the road and taken a picture of her in the back of the van with the much larger dogs texted it to me. He was exclaiming that she was having a great time. When I got her back her mood had definitely changed. She ended up getting kennel cough that night and had to be taken to the hospital in the morning. I explained that she would need to take the week off due to the illness and the owner told me that she was going to charge me since I had made a commitment. Fortunately, I hadn't paid her yet so there is that. What happened after the kennel cough (and luckily she survived it) was that her personality change and she became fear aggressive. I've been dealing with this aggression for over a decade and I attribute it to that one experience in the van. Obviously, I wasn't there so I can't be sure but it seems likely that she was scared out of her mind which caused her illness and behavior change. I have not used them since and have never recommended them.

Our dog loves WLTDO and his wonderful friend Thomas. Working with WLTDO helped socialize our puppy and turned him into the most lovable dog. Thank you Lauren and Thomas for always taking care of our dog and showing him the best time.

We and our fur babies are really grateful to have Lauren and her wonderful walker Thomas. Thomas truly takes good care of his dogs and is also a very good communicator with pick up and drop off notifications. Everyday is a blast with Thomas. We also trust Lauren when it comes to boarding our dogs when needed, they are spoiled and well taken care of. Thanks WLTDO!

We love Lauren and the whole WLTDO team! We always know Trudy is in the best hands when she is with them and she always comes home tired and happy.

Lauren helped my shelter dog Buddy get socializing with other dogs! She also taught me to relax when he meets another dog. So far he's been super excited to meet new friends unless they're Huskies then he barks his brains out! Instinctively. Thank you so much for helping us both out!

We've used Who Let the Dogs Out for 2 years now for our pupper, Monty. Monty goes out 5 days a week with his walker, Thomas. The service is great. Thomas is prompt and super communicative. The dogs are well looked after and I feel very confident in Thomas' care of Monty. He always comes home happy and ready for a nap. Lauren, the owner, is also great at giving thoughtful suggestions for training, local vets, best harnesses, etc. She is a wealth of information. We're very happy!

Lauren and her Team are Fantastic. They have a overall socialization and no leash group program you can enroll your dog in that is much more than just dog walking. Awesome service!

Great service for anyone who can't give their dogs the walks the dogs are happier with. My dog enjoys daycare once in a while, but I work long hours so it was becoming too much time at daycare for him. Fortunately I discovered Who Let the Dogs Out. All dogs are different and the crew at Who Let the Dogs Out was patient as my dog adjusted to this new routine. Now my dog loves his crew member, and I've seen it because I've been around a couple times when he's been picked up. He jumps to him like he jumps to me when I'm back from work. It's really nice to see. My only tip is that if your dog is new to this type of thing, make sure you get a meet and greet set up with the crew member that will be picking up your dog.

Everyone at Who Let the Dogs Out was amazing! Lauren during our first talks was extremely attentive, answered any questions and just genuinely a nice person! Always easy to communicate with and could tell has a real affinity for pups! Thomas was our dog walker and was always also just as great--communicative, flexible, punctual and our dog Pluto just loved him! It was such a great decision to sign up with Who Let the Dogs Out, I'd highly recommend it!!

Not going to lie; this is the first time writing a review on Yelp, and it's because the service of WhoLettheDogsOut is amazing! We have a super energetic corgi that if he wasn't eating or sleeping, he has to be playing (especially with other doggies). When it is around time to go for his walks, and my phone sounds, Basil is already at the door ready to go, and when he comes back, he is always tired and naps for hours (which is great for us because we work from home). They also send us pictures and videos of him at the park, which is nice to see how he plays with all doggies. Lauren is excellent since the day we start the service (over a year). She always asks us about hows Basil is doing and always willing to help if we have any questions. Definitely recommend it to anyone with a dog!
