The watch technician was very professional, very quick and very funny. But most of all, very inexpensive. While other techs were charging me $40 to $50 to have my watch bracelet fitted, he only charged me $5!! Where the heck can you find anyone to charge $5? Nowhere!!

===TL;DR=== - $5 for battery replacement - $5 for link removal - Cash only ===TMI=== OG watch repair shop I've been going for years. The owner has as lots of experience & always quick with service. I've finally waited for him to open again as previously he was shutdown due to building updates. He's usually open during the day and sometimes stays later for the evening. Since he's finally back, brought 4 watch in total for battery replacement + link removal. He's very patient, he ensures it's the right amount of links removed for comfort in movement. Aside from that, from his other clients, seems like he's also well experience with high end watches like Rolex and Cartiers!

Take 2 of my wife watches to change the batteries. In the area of China Town as we known that so hard to find the parking but worth it. He's so nice and working carefully. Both of them just $10 ($5 each).

Discrete watch store in Chinatown with really nice owner who offers simple fast watch repair. I got two battery replacements done in 10-15 min for only $10. Would totally recommend if you're close by. Parking might be tough otherwise.

This shop is *not* closed because I was there today, 12/4/2021. Mr. Wong was busy working behind the counter when I arrived at 11:02 (I was there 11:10 last Saturday when Yelp had hours as 11a-2p and no one was around). I changed a watch battery for $5. I've not needed this service for many years, but I used Mr. Wong when I did. This time, I thought I could change the battery myself, but didn't get far because I couldn't get the back off. At the shop, Mr. Wong took apart the bracelet to get at the back, then used a clamp-type machine to remove and replace the back. Who knew?! That's what the $5 is for, and it's good value. Please support this rock-solid business.

I've been coming to see Mr. Wong for over a decade and he is the best watchman by far. His prices are very reasonable. Trust me, can't go wrong with battery changes. Have a trusty Accutron from back in the day (circa 1975) and I would not trust anyone else with it. Do you have a watch that brings you back in time? I love seeing her face again.

Brought 3 watches in need of batteries. The work was done well even with the watch that was difficult to open. Very good work at an extremely reasonable price. I have been here before and will certainly return.
