It was busy but the line was efficient. The greeter was helpful and friendly. We just needed to pick up the router and trans port phones. Since, everything was done through online chat. I definitely would recommend booking an appointment if you are in a rush. Omar was really helpful and patient providing good customer service. Wrong information was given and ended up getting help with customer service over the phone. I would recommend going to another store. Due to the traffic of how busy it gets I understand how they want the flow of the store to run smoothly. Thankfully, Xfinity customer service support is there and it is great.

returned equipment, got charged $270 (For never returning equipment). Called to get refund, refunded me in credit to my old account which i dont have access to the money too. So silly :P

This was the smoothest most cheerful interaction I've had with a cable company. The blonde male employee with a ponytail looked very happy to be doing his job. I was able to get the networking equipment in under 10 minutes.

Everytime you call it's a nightmare and before you even talk to a person live.You listen to repetitive bull over and over. Then you get a untrained and disrespectful person that is eating and don't care about over charges.Place should just go out of business!

FIX YOUR WEBSITE. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO LOGIN HALF THE TIME AND THE OTHER HALF ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS! YOUR STORE WOULD HAVE MUCH SHORTER OF A WAIT QUEUE IF YOUR WEBSITE ACTUALLY WORKED!!!

I went to this place to drop off the Comcast flex box. I did this for my another account in Sunnyvale 3 years ago. It was simply a matter of getting receipt right after dropping off the box.
But this office is different. First of all, there is no indication of how to get a person to serve you. So people just wait around the front door. Finally a male employee showed up to give each of us a appointment time.
I was the second one to be served. During the time when he put my name in the reservation list, I complained that I just needed a receipt for the flex and asked if I could get it instead of a later reservation. I thought that customer can always give input to them. But I was wrong. This Xfinity employee’s face turned to blue and he immediately asked me to leave without confirming my appointment time. I pointed out that you should confirm my appointment time by a confirmation. But he totally ignored me and jumped into next person in the line. What a rude employee and bad service!
