In and out quick. Fast friendly service. Dude was helpful. Returned a box and got a new one for my mom. No issues. They tried to sell me on phone but took no for an answer and was not pushy. No problems handling everything for my moms acct

I had business at UCSF and reluctantly went to the Xfinity store on Geary because of the low reviews. Maybe just lucky, but had multiple account activation and equipment pickup and had excellent service from Dominic @ Xfinity. I arrived 5 minutes before opening and there were about 1/2 dozen people out front. They opened at 10am sharp and quickly checked everyone in (every employee grabbed a customer and started working with them. I had a slightly more complex transaction as I had to look up account info for 4 different accounts and pickup new equipment for 3 of them. Dominic was very patient and knowledgeable not only about the service plans but even the new phone products. As a customer for more than 20 years it's rare to get someone one knows stuff and is willing to help. I

If I could leave less than a one star review I would, it should be illegal the way this company takes monopoly in San Francisco. Horrible customer service and horrible product that never works

Went in looking for troubleshooting help. After calling the customer service number multiple times, I waited for an hour, met with somebody, then waited for two weeks for the technician to get back to me after bugging him multiple times. Only to be finally told that I need to reset my phone.No apologies. Completely disrespectful and unhelpful staff. I lost business waiting for these people to get back to me with a solution. Please please do not waste your time like I did!!!

After suffering through multiple calls to support I went to the store on Geary st and Bryan helped me get all the correct discounts as advertised for combining Internet and two cell lines.Xfinity services are so complicated even most employees don't know how to navigate. Bryan did. Go there and ask for him by name. He's doing the (financial) lords work over there.

Terrible, Arrogant non service. Stopped in to drop off my Comcast modem and was told we don't take those, but if you want to leave it there's a pile of them in back and it will get picked up at some point. Asked for receipt and replied no we don't give receipts. The whole time I noticed he was absorbed in his cell phone. (To be continued)

Helpful staff, they can get quite busy so if at all possible try to call ahead to make an appointment it can save you a lot of time.

I made an appointment and they responded immediately.I was served by Omari.They proposed a very good plan for my internet and mobile contract.Even though we weren't good at English, he was very helpful in explaining things in detail and sometimes writing things down on paper to make it easier to understand.It took a long time to conclude the contract, but thank you for taking care of me until the end.

This store location was super convenient and I was in and out to get my modem and new SIM card in 20 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly also!! Thank you to Jondrew and Omari for being so wonderful and helpful!!!
