Ngan is a fantastic teacher who can guide your body, mind, heart to the next level. Her sequences encourage a thoughtful exploration of self and I felt completely supported, even in a virtual class. Absolute gem of a studio! So many things set it apart...childcare options, incredible instructors, small class size. The space is beautiful, clean and calm. It’s especially nice for me as a new mom with baby and me yoga and childcare, but there are great classes here for any student. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

So happy I stumbled upon Yoga Phamily. The founder was so friendly and Lauren’s class excellent. I will definitely return and tell my friends who live/work in the neighborhood.
