My toddler doesn't like to put her clothes away, apparently the staff at this SF location of Zara share that sentiment. Walking in here it feels like no one cares about anything. Clothes are everywhere and all of it is terrible quality. The throw away quality of the clothing and the companies terrible marketing campaigns both make me never want to step foot inside this store again.

The worst!!!Selection sucks and I've never been treated like a thief and a criminal in my life till walked into there store,after spending 250 $,when I walked out of the door the alarm went off ,so I let security go over my bag and recite,thinking maybe they for got to take off the beeper,no beeper but alarm kept going off,when I got home I found the security beeper in the pocket of the vest I bought which I know for certain wasn't there before.The man at checkout put the beepers in the vest so they could go bags to look for stolen murch!!!who does that to someone who just spent 250 dollars

Watch out for the employees here. Went into a fitting room with my sunglasses, forgot them and went back less than a minute later to grab them. The room was cleaned and empty but my sunglasses were gone. I have a picture right before going into the room with them on. When I asked for help they kept running away. Even the manager (woman about 5' 8 with black hair and light skin) was avoiding helping me. She told me she would be right back and went to lunch. It's really weird that they were all avoiding me and refused to help me, even stating "we're busy." I've never been to such an empty Zara on a Sunday . It takes less than a minute to ask the staff if they found a pair of sunglasses. At least PRETEND to care. Weird that you are avoidant in a situation like this. Beware. Untrustworthy and unhelpful staff at this location. Only person who helped was the security guard at the front door.

Very unprofessional. My friends and I arrived near the closing time (which we were unaware). We picked the clothes that we wanted to try on, upon arriving to the dressing rooms, we were told the dressing rooms were closed. We were upset, but left the clothes on racks that they had out. We went downstairs, and proceeded to still shop around since the store was technically open. We waited in line to pay, and as I was done paying, I turned around to see my friend upset. Apparently she was told by a short, short red hair lady that she was not allowed to touch the clothes. The security guard next to the door stepped in and asked why we were upset, we told him why we were upset, but instead of fixing the situation, it seemed that he was more worried about instigating the situation. Eventually I went off on the lady, because she was being extremely rude. I told her that we're paying customers and that she should not be treating people this way. I start walking to the door to leave as she follows me she says that she will call the cops. I ask her for her name, she says that she does not have to give me her name. Point being, that person is RUDE!! And if she is working in customer service, she needs to learn some manners.

This store is horrible - It doesn’t look like Zara brand at all . Please send your employee in Spain for training and learn about merchandising.

My previous review was taken down. I guess the company couldn't handle brutal honesty so here's the PG version. I came in with a simple return for ONE item with my online receipt, order number, etc. but this short, red haired person with a boil on her face was everything but helpful. Instead I needed the one thing I didn't have.. the email stating that my "order is in its way". Based on their lack of customer service, it's very apparent that they don't have high standards when hiring employees.

Avoid this Zara at all costs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Two people were just standing around downstairs, not doing anything. I finally found what I wanted and when I went to pay for it, they tried to charge me more than the price advertised on the rack. The manager told me that it was misplaced, however there were several shirts of the same kind on that rack. It was a $10 difference on one shirt within my entire purchase but she refused to honor the advertise price so I didn’t purchase anything. I mentioned the terrible customer service to the manager and asked for her name and she said that she did not need to provide me with her name, I am in customer service and I have never dealt with someone who refuses to provide their name unless they know that they are completely in the wrong. They consistently provide terrible service plenty of other places to shop.Oh - and the manager - told the lady who rang me up to put the security tags back on the clothes that I was going to purchase. As if I was going to steal them. Seriously, she should not be employed by the company and definitely not as a manager. Has a lot to learn about customer service.To think they lost the entire sale of what I was going to purchase over a $10 adjustment on the price when it was clearly advertised with numerous items of the exact same type. I could have walked her down stairs, pinged to the shirts on the rack to show her but she had already taken 10 minutes to check it out the first time, was extremely rude and no longer deserving of my business.

This store is horrible. I was in this store and was attacked by unprofessional staff who uses foul language and shouldn’t be working with the public. My initial issue was concerning dirty merchandise on the floor being sold full price! This location needs yo do better!

Was returning an item I bought at the store and a big deal was made because the item was stained. The cashier and floor manager accused me of wearing the item and trying to return it. I was able to get my refund. But this situation should of not happen. I love Zara customer service in Europe and Mexico but for some reason the memo was lost in California of how to treat customers. Bay Area customer service is for sure rude and condescending most of the time.

I come to this Zara all the time especially when the company starts having the End of Season sale. At this location, I never get any problems with purchases or returns. Now, I doubt all the people who work here. From attitudes, racial profiling, organization, closed fittings rooms, etc. I am here to tell you about my shopping experience. I was surprised about the the way the employee 3441 659495 02 handled the pricing of the bomber jacket that I wanted to purchase. The person who finished my purchase is a filipina lady who wore a leather jacket, leather straight leg pants, and combat boots on Sunday January 15, 2023. When she clocked in and asked the manager to tasks you can tell by her facial expression that she barely does gobacks, recover, etc. She just want to be a cashier until she goes on her breaks. During my purchase, I questioned the $29.99 pricing and reminds me that it is $39.99. I am assuming that she thought I changed the pricing. On her behalf, she did not call the manager next to her to ask about the pricing. The manager on duty is either Indian or Latina descent wearing a anime hoodie. Although, I continued with the purchase I felt nobody emphasized my question. For 30 mins, I looked for a manager/sales associate who would be able to answer my question. All associates gave me different information. I was able to ask for a manager and promised to honor the pricing for employee mistakes when they did markdown., but I have to settle for a smaller size. I did not like that return policy. I AM RETURNING THIS COAT, and talk to that lady I encountered.
