“I’ve gone to 4 other bridal shops and my experiences there were overwhelming, made me feel uncomfortable, and lost. With that in mind I came into Luv Bridal very nervous especially given the fact I went alone without family or friends. I arrived and was introduced to my stylist EFRAIN. Honestly Efrain changed the game in terms of wedding dress shopping for me. He made me feel VERY comfortable he was very patient and kept reassuring me that I wasn’t bothering him by asking for different ideas. Knowing myself I’m a very picky person and I knew I didn’t just want a “trendy” dress. I came in with an idea of my dream dress and Efrain did everything he could and delivered that and MORE for my dress! On top of being the BEST photographer I could have asked for he really made me feel like I wasn’t alone going into this appointment! If it wasn’t for him I would’ve never found my dress and honestly he made the entire experience so easy and fun. When you come here I would definitely recommend him as your stylist. He is very caring and considerate and I can’t thank him enough for all the help he provided me! Also a shoutout to the manager who was very awesome and friendly. I came out with a dress I LOVE and it left my family and friends in AWE! 10/10 would recommend!”

“I worked with Alina to buy my wedding dress at Viero. From the first time I reached out via email to schedule an appointment for the dress I wanted she was very nice and responsive. Although I pretty much knew what dress I wanted there were many beautiful dresses in the boutique to try on. It was nice that everything is by appointment and it was just my party and I in the building for the entire appointment. Alina let me know a soon as my dress arrived and helped me schedule picking up my dress and veil to work with my schedule as we traveled 5 hours to Viero. “Beautiful array of wedding dresses. Found my wedding dress here after going to 3 other stores. Store clean, ambiance great smelled good the store. Staff were helpful but maybe not as attentive as other bridal shops though friendly. Had dress altered but took longer and was not initially satisfied as what was asked to be done wasn’t done when came back for 2nd fitting. Also maybe trusted the staff/alterer more than I should have and was tighter than preferred. Dress was still beautiful”

When I shared my story with Zoe about my fiancé and me when trying on dresses, she pointed out that my first ever date with my fiancé years ago was right up the road from Saint Clark - already I knew it was going to be a special experience :) Zoe is such a sweet soul and so supportive during the process of trying on dresses. Lisa is also sweet and awesome and helped pick out a dress style for me that I had initially envisioned, but it wasn’t until I tried it on that I felt more confident and beautiful in it. It is THE dress, very happy to say :) Lisa also helped me pick out a veil, which goes so well with the dress! I’m really appreciative of the entire experience, highly recommend Saint Clark!”

“I was shocked at the ease of her expertise. She looked at my formal gown - which needed to be taken in on the sides of the bodice and waist - put 1 pin somewhere - and that was it. I came back for a fitting 3 weeks later, and it fit perfectly at my waist. She explained to me about the proper fit under my arms and at the chest, how to use tape and what bras to wear to feel more comfortable and help the dress lay more attractively. Not only was it a good experience that led me to trust Connie with my appearance, but it was also a really affordable alteration. Can't say enough good things about this experience.”

“We came here in Feb to take a passport for our 6-year-old. Johnny and the lady were very friendly. The price was reasonable. Johnny edited and processed the photo right away and we got the photo on the spot. An interesting follow-up story: When we submitted the passport application at a post office, the postal clerks said the head looked a bit small on the photo. While they accepted the photo, they also said that if any issues arose, we would receive a letter and have a chance to re-submit the photo. However, the application was processed without any issues and we already received the new passport without delays. Honestly, I wasn’t surprised because I saw how Johnny edited the photo with care. He knew what he was doing. If you need your passport photo fast and compliant, I highly recommend this place. I also recommend you call first to set up a time before you go. Good luck!”

“I am just back from collecting my second dress from alterations with Carmen at Bridal ST and I am thrilled with the outcome and actually feel quite emotional! I came to Carmen on a recommendation from a colleague at JPL. I had just had a dreadful experience where I had to walk out of my fitting crying at another local alterations place who added on loads of costs after our agreed-upon quote simply because they could as it was so close to the wedding, said they weren’t able to do the previously agreed upon alterations and got blood on my dress from the pins which left me very panicked with 8 weeks til my wedding. Ironically, my colleague also had a very bad experience at the same place and Carmen at Bridal ST saved her wedding dress! It was safe to say I was really stressed and knew there was not much time. However clearly someone up there is looking out for me. I thank my lucky stars that this experience led me to Carmen! She was so kind and welcoming from the get-go, and I felt much calmer after our consultation. In talking to her, I could tell she was an expert and master at her craft and her passion for her art really shone through. Turns out that she designs and makes her own dresses so she knows the intricate detailing that is needed on even very complex designs. And the store stocks some beautiful dresses, including one of my favorite brands, Pronovias. Carmen knew exactly what was needed and made expert recommendations at my fitting, for all the things the other establishment said they were unable to do. Both of my dresses (Pronovias and Galia Lahav) had a lot of complex layers involving horsehair and lace as well as tulle, and the Galia Lahav has lots of 3D flowers and sequins. Carmen worked quickly and expertly in taking them up and taking the dresses in. She even insisted on hand stitching some fabric at the zipper today as she felt it was getting caught in zipping it up and wanted me to be more comfortable. I thought this was really sweet. The bustle looks excellent and I feel so comfortable walking, she did it in such a way that the shape really flatters me. I’ve lost some weight and lost my curves but whatever she did has now given me some shape which I am so happy about. My first dress is sentimental to me because I live here in Pasadena away from home, and I chose it with my Mom who flew all the way from Ireland to be with me in choosing it. My second dress is particularly special to me as I am indecisive and it remained on my mind after choosing the first one. I’ve tried to please everyone else with this wedding resulting in much stress, and I feel getting it is the one thing I did for me and me only, and it was really special to me that my fiancé insisted on getting it for me :) it takes a lot of trust in choosing your seamstress, and I want to recommend Carmen to any bride, especially those feeling the anxiety and stress of wedding planning - she is an absolute expert, talented and kind person and I am so glad I found her. Lori, the store owner is also very welcoming and kind and the price was very fair and reasonable. I want to also highlight that of all the alterations places I checked out this is the only place I went to that has a large fitting room. After weeks of checking out places and being stuffed into tiny rooms that my poofy first dress couldn’t fit into, my friend said to me “the large fitting room is a sign they show a lot of consideration for their brides”. I felt very comfortable getting changed and felt good in myself as a result. Just wanted to note that and to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Carmen and Lori for a very pleasant experience, for being an absolutely integral part of the wedding, and for making me feel so beautiful and confident as I gear up for my special day back home in Ireland! I will add photos when I come back from the wedding and I will be recommending you in work and calling the store where I got the dress to add you to their recommended list. Go to Bridal ST for your alterations, it will be the best choice you ever made in your wedding journey!”

“Lara was incredible to work with on my wedding dress alterations, and she truly went above and beyond the task of making sure my dress fit perfectly. She not only helped me with fit adjustments, but also helped with mobility and comfort concerns, styling recommendations, and made us a video for how to tie the bow in the back. I felt overwhelmed with indecision over small details for my wedding day look, and she helped me work through styling details regarding hair accessories, length of dress, cover-up ideas, and whether or not to have a bustle or wrist strap installed. Her professional opinion and many years of expertise made me feel more confident and less stressed after each visit to her lovely studio. During the alterations process she shorted the straps of my dress, changed the bra cups to be a close skin-tone match, adjusted a few vines and leaves, and did a crucial length adjustment as she helped me decide to remove the train of my dress. Our wedding venue was outdoors with lots of hard-packed dirt ground, and dancing was a top priority for me, so she figured out the perfect length hem with my shoes to make it seem like I was floating on air and not dragging. My comfort in the dress for the whole day was all thanks to Lara’s expert POV. So glad I got to work with her and I highly recommend her for your needs.”
