“We were helped out instantly walking in. We went there to pick up a customized piñata for my daughter. I had my daughter I had my daughter she was excited to see everything in the store I let the owners know that it’s her birthday and they were so kind to get a cupcake with a candle and they sang happy birthday to her. Very sweet. The piñata is perfectly made as well.”

“I was craving some Turkish delights candy, and found this place on Yelp and bookmarked it. Since I was in Pasadena running errands, I decided to make a stop by here. The shop is small, but charming! Brightly lit with lots of yummy products lined up on the walls and throughout the shop: Dried fruits, roasted nuts, seasonings, buckets of nuts and what I call Turkish delights, but it's called Mediterranean Delights here. I was hoping for the pretty, extravagant ones I saw on the Yelp pictures, but they only had some pre packaged ones in bins. I like that they're in a sealed wrap so they last longer. There are a lot of packaged snack items that would make great gifts. Since I am nuts for nuts, I had to give these roasted treats behind the counter a try. The proprietor there was super friendly and let me try some pistachios before I bought them. There were so many flavor options I had trouble narrowing down what I wanted. I settled on lemon pistachios and sesame peanuts in addition to a few of the Mediterranean delights. The nuts are flavorful and tasted fresh and crunchy. The candies were pretty good also. All the loose items are sold by the pound and prices are pretty reasonable. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for some fun flavored snacks!”

“It's the little things in life, like See’s candy, that make life a little better and sweeter. On the days you need a pick me up, head over to See’s in Arcadia to fill your craving and indulge in a sweet treat. I’ve been coming to See’s since I was a kid. Back then and now, getting a sample while you wait to get the rest of your chocolates is so satisfying. My must-have is the Dark Scotch Mallow. It has the perfect sweetness in every bite. My favorites include Carmel Patties, the Coconut Special, cafe latte, and chocolate lolly pops. The employees try their very best to be accommodating to all guests. The line gets long, so you just have to be patient and wait your turn. ?Many thanks to Monica and Jenny for always greeting me with a smile and giving me excellent customer service. “I got a mango smoothie and bacon dog for $7 total everything seemed to be lowest possible price. Friendly employee who greeted me in Spanish then changed to English. I like to know the shops and street vendors where I can practice Spanish in preparation for more trips to Mexico, Central America, and South America. Self serve condiments are nice too. Free to take as much toppings as you want for the hot dogs.”

“The only candy shop in the Grand Central Market.Plenty of sugary and non sugary confections. You can also find culturally traditional sweet treats as well. There is no self serve like many typical candy shop. Cost is relatively high but it is on par to what you would expect to pay in downtown. The attendant was rather friendly and patient during our visit. There plenty of candy to choose from.”

“Aji Ichiban is under new management, as of July 1st 2018 and has changed significantly. The store now sells many new products that are unique. I would highly recommend to stop by for a unique experience. I am really impressed with their promotion of getting a stamp for every $10 spent, to receive a 10% off discount on the 11th purchase. I find that very clever and attracts customers, such as myself to frequently buy the many products offered at this store. They also have another location in Monterey Park's Atlantic Times Square.”
