“I’m returning Customer last time I got a tire and wheel balanced. This time I went to get an alignment for a 2015 Dodge Caravan. Price was around the same price as everywhere else. But you also need to put in mind that other places do not have time to give you the service that instant. I just called and then I arrived there about 10 minutes later and they started to do the alignment didn’t take that long. Great friendly staff, clean environment. They have a nice cool waiting room have water. They offered different types of services. A gentleman was there to pick up his vehicle. I believe for transmission services maybe oil change not sure I didn’t ask. I just overheard.”

“I had my original auto body work done on my 2022 Lexus IS350 at the Fix Auto Cathedral City. So, about a month after getting my car back some of the clasps had come off. Needless to say I was not happy, but the Fix Auto Montrose fixed the mistakes in about an hour and saved me from having to drive two hour there and two back. AND, on top of it they did it for free. “I had to take my brother’s car in for a new tire, was recommended here by another auto shop.
This might have been the easiest, fastest and most affordable car service I’ve ever had. They started working on the car the second I brought it in, took maybe five minutes and the quality of installation was great.
My price was super affordable but my brother drives a Mazda , and we didn’t really get any thing specialty but the price was astonishingly affordable.
Edit: Just cane back again today for new tires for myself. Great price and very fast installation. Will repeatedly recommend and be back for any other tire replacements.”
“Woke up to move my car in DTLA, and my windshield was smashed like someone through a brick/or heavy item at it(first incident I’ve had in a year and some change since having a car in LA). I called Cortes Auto, they gave me a quote(very good price), they saw my car right away, and changed my windshield in less than an Hr. So grateful for those guys! Would highly recommend them. “Long overdue review here but better late than never!! 5 Stars for the entire crew over at Alliance. I’ve been going there for years now along with my family. They have an incredibly professional staff that takes care of everything and just makes the process so convenient. Last time I was there I just gave them my claim number from the insurance company, Mike arranged a tow truck and handled the entire claims process for me. A weeks later my car was ready for pick up and looked just like new. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone who’s looking for the right place.”

“I called Hrag at Bells & Vaughn because I needed help installing my impaktech crash cage on my 2020 Yamaha
R3. It was a very complicated installation due to the cuts that had to be made to my fairings and the lack of directions from impaktech. We also found that having a full exhaust on the bike made for an even more complicated installment. Thankfully they made it work, his brother even welded a piece to go around the exhaust to connect both sides of the cage on the bike. Beyond that, they also checked other parts of the bike that were in dangerous functioning places and moved & secured them for me. They really made my life easier and thankful for them addressing other issues that I was unaware of. And in a timely manner I might add!”
