Visited this branch and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Anson who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my many loan questions with expertise and patience.

I recently visited this branch. The staff were very friendly and greeted me at the door right when I walked in. I had the opportunity to chat with the branch manager and he was very helpful with my questions. Excellent customer service.

I visited this location last week. It was a busy location. However, it has good vibe. Everyone was busy helping with customers. My wait was reasonable and was not long. I also had the chance talking to the new Branch Manager Anson. He was very knowledgeable, energetic, and was pleasant to talk to. They put the right person in charge of this location. Sure will visit this location in the near future again. Peace.

Banks are abput people, and service helpig you with your money ,. not rules , percentage points. I wanted to express our gratitude for this branch to have someone like Stella who is customer oriented. She need a raise. Each time we visit the bank if we get her we get everything we need done. Otherwise we are sent off in some fools chase the try at another bank or another day. Kudos to Cathay Bank for emplolyee of such stature.

This is a really bad place to keep your money. I deposited a check from a foreign bank and the teller made a mistake in processing resulting in incurred fees that were no fault of my own. When the teller acknowledged that they had made a mistake, there was zero remorse nor contrite in their demeanor. Their only reply was that I had to call customer service. I do not know why I have to take time out of my day to fix someone else's mistake. I have previously deposited checks from the same foreign bank to this financial institution and the tellers seem like they do not know what to do every time without the intervention of a supervisor or manager. Numerous calls to customer service resulted in "follow-ups" that lead to nowhere. There are so many better banks in the community. Please take your money elsewhere.

Look nice! But they service very slow only one or Tow windows open each time I come here to deposit or payment... 20 minutes or more ?????
They have more ten employees work here ????

I'd like to give them 0/5 stars but Yelp won't allow that. Tried to update my residential address on their site and via phone with a customer service but due to security purpose, they require me to go the branch office directly to update which is really inconvenient for me. I had no problems with updating my information with other banks. I don't understand why Cathay Bank website is so outdated that I can't update a simple address. I decided to cut my ties with them since I don't have much activity anyways. Plus their customer service at this branch are rude and never really listens carefully. I always see them giggling and gossiping with each other right after assisting customers.

Parked on the handicapped parking spot as my grandma have a handicap parking sign. Walked my grandma into the bank, long line. I then walk to the next plaza to my dentist to make a appointment, half way walking. Heard a super loud sound "you better f****** moved your car or else your s*** will get towed" I turned around and saw a security at the parking lot I parked in. Told him my grandma is in the bank and this is what I get in return " you got one minute or your s*** will be towed". Went to my car and when I about to move my car, the security proceed to stand behind my car and said i am not an handicapped and I am violating the law. I told him my grandma is in the bank and she is the one who needs this spot. "You lying piece of s**** that's what I get in return. WOW, amazing job. Mr. Rent a cop, but I wouldn't let a idiot ruined my day so I just asked Mr. Cop wanna be to get out of my way and I will just go Park next door. This isn't directly towards Cathay banks service but Cathay bank as a corporation did hired a retarded security that just ruined your company as a whole. Grandma walks out the bank, now I will have to make a U-turn and pick her up again. Thanks again idiot, thank you for listening and accusing me.
