This place can have very good drinks. I say may because this place is popular and when they have a large crowd they get a lot of orders. My go-to drinks are the Jack and Rose and flirting with Taro. On the days they are busy I do find my drinks lacking in the flavor department and last night my Jack and Rose was missing the point liquid which I assume is what gives it its floral taste. Other than that this place is a great place to come to and have drinks and chill. They have claw machines and like all machines, it's chance-based. Beware of the claw machine with the eeveelutions the claw is way smaller than the actual price so it is nearly impossible to win.

Ordered Almond milk tea. Forgot to tell them no sugar. When I asked the server was really nice about it and make it less sweet for me. Great service!! .. they also have a lot of little gift items to purchase. Cool set up.

I work in this area sometimes, so I stopped by for a bite to eat and some boboa tea the other night. I got myself some boboa (Dirty Nom-Nom) and a Mango w/ salted cold foam slushie as well as some Ranch flavored popcorn chicken. Tasty ? Great atmosphere, young people, good vibes.

It’s getting worse after the business runs for years and expands.

Tarp frappe is very watery, really lacking in flavor.

The dirty nom nom milk tea here is pretty darn good! Pretty sugary, if you like that. The tapioca balls can be inconsistently hard/soft, though. I also got the popcorn chicken, which was decent, but not that great. Plus, there are a ton of claw game machines here. Overall, pretty nice, and would go again.

This is a great place to chill, play game and hang out with a group of friends. They have lots of options including karaoke, table tennis and billiards. But, I'm not sure about serious pool players, better to go to Pool halls. Not much to say about their food and drinks, don't expect any exceptional service from the staff.

Took my son here tonight for boba and the arcade and wow... this place is run down and really rough. Not totally sure what the draw is, but we're one and done.

I came here with a date, and it was empty inside. But the atmosphere was really nice.We ordered the strawberry matcha and the passionfruit green tea, and I think I should remember to get dairy-free milk next time because I taste cow's milk in here. All in all, I would come back to try some of their other drinks.

I wish it was easier to get cash for tokens. You have to pay extra to give the money. Ridiculous. Some of the claw machines are winnable via skill, others I watched the whole night and not a single person won. The claws are way too weak on the bigger claw machines and it doesn't matter how many times you try, it basically let's go. Staff basically ignores you. But it is otherwise an awesome place to go with good food and drinks and great atmosphere.Parking: There is parking across the street and sometimes on the street, but rarely.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly on weekend nights. Lots of adults and loud party goers.

Factory Tea Bar takes me back to the college days when I would take late night trips to LA on a school night and end up here with some friends. It gives me a bit of nostalgia, but I guess it's one of those places that were fun back then but now you've moved on to better things and places. It was like 9 or 10pm on a Friday night, so as always it's pretty packed. There's a whole arcade and games area now that wasn't there before since the last time I've been in. My first drink choice was out, so I ended up getting the Peach Oolong Tea ($5.95). I had asked for Boba ($0.75) but they ended up not logging that in, and I didn't catch that until I noticed that my drink was missing the boba. I also got it at 25 or 30% sugar, which was the perfect amount of sweetness for me, because it still lets me taste the flavor of the tea. It's a place where a lot of groups hang out, and the music is loud so it's a bit hard to hear each other over the music. The line is usually long and a lot of tables also fill out pretty quickly. The parking lot is a mess because sometimes cars are too big to even be able to pull out of their spots and other patrons are asked to move their cars to make room so they can back up. I think it's just one misfortune after another in this visit that makes the trip not worth it.
