Not only was the flower/plant prettier than I expected, I know this because the florist emailed a picture of it to me before delivery!! They also sent frequent updates when they were unable to reach the recipient, at one point asking for an alternate contact. They emailed when they delivered and even answered my email thanking them for the professionalism and outstanding customer service. While I don't live in CA, they will be my florist of choice for deliveries in the area!”
