I was here on a Monday morning, and despite the hours listed, no one was there to take my stuff. Ended up driving to Pasadena to drop my donations off.

Find somewhere else to donate your goods. It's not like Goodwill wants them here anyways.

Called to confirm I could donate a working microwave - no appointment needed. Quick drop off our front with masked staff member and I was on my way again. Easy!

Two times went here, and two times got denied for donating. They said they are too busy. Need to make appointment to do a drop off lol. What a joke.

This place has parking and it was easy for me to donate my clothing. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I'll be sure to come back!

Please be sure to call ahead to ensure they are not full. Otherwise they won’t take your donation. I went to the San Gabriel location which sucks. They literally just watched you unloaded boxes/bags. They won’t lift a finger to help.

I've been here multiple times and they are always full and does not take any more donations. Why stay open if they are not going to take donations. Save your time and donate some where else.

I feel bad for leaving a negative review but there's a theme of them on here.... Receipts are sent electronically through email, which should be more convenient but I never get the emails half the time. Employees are very serious about social distancing. They want you 6 feet away or they'll back up away from you. Ironic cause they struggle to hear you speak your email when you stand that far away and with masks on...

Easy in and out. They email you the donation receipt instantly. Sometimes I’d have to check if they are taking donations because they do have capacity limit

You can't donate furniture here. Try salvation army.

CALL BEFORE YOU GO. They will almost always NEVER be open to donations because they are full. The several times I've been there over the past years, there has been an employee standing at the door telling people to go home. They don't have any signs or online notices that say this so CALL.

Goodwill just gives the donation a horrible image. They always reject my drop off. They told me that I have to call for an appointment of donation. I know some people need our donation during this hard time of pandemic. However, Goodwill just shows their ineffectiveness and nonchalant attitude to us. Now Goodwill is a good bye to me.
