Called in the morning to verify a part in stock and pickup for same day, they confirmed it would be ready mid day. Later in the afternoon after no response I called back to ask if it was ready and was told there was an issue and would be a few days so I told them I wanted to cancel the order and would like a email confirmation of the cancellation. They said it would be next week before they can confirm the cancellation. Told them I just wanted an email confirmation by end of day that my order is cancelled, understanding the refund takes longer. They confirmed over the phone I would get an email confirmation and never did. This is unacceptable. No reason it should take more than a few minutes to confirm an order is cancelled.

These guys absolutely rule.Ordered a set of TE37XTs for my wife's 4runner and they showed up in about a week. The price beat out everyone else, too, and by HUNDREDS.Recently ordered Rays lug nuts to go with the wheels and I got an email 5 hours later that they had shipped.Thanks again!

Awesome customer service. I dealt with a guy named James. Anyway, I ordered some wheels and was planning to drive to them to pick it up, save on shipping, and make a mini vacation out of it. Last minute I wasnt able to make the drive to them, so now I had to switch to shipping. James guided me through the whole process, and now the wheels will be shipped. Will continue shopping here.

Ordered a timing belt for $250 and received a damaged product as well as the wrong product stuffed in the box I received a balance shaft belt which I have no need for as I deleted the balance shafts the box also was packaged with rock auto tape from jhp? It’s a little sketchy I’ve heard good things about jhp but it seems they’re not as focused on customer satisfaction or quality as they once were. I stand by my comment it’s a taxed timing belt all the good reviews are from years ago all the recent one I’ve seen are pretty bad. Seems to be going down hill. I would not order from them if you could avoid it.

I ordered an item from them for my car and my mechanic found that it was the wrong part and it had previously been used and the box it was shipped in looked a little sketchy I would not recommend buying from their website.!!

Never ever buying from these people again they have no consederation for others and their hard earned money. order two product almost a week ago and I called in to see what's the delay all I got were child like excuses they guy not owning up to anything blaming it on others to then him saying at the end of the call that it just got shipped in the afternoon after he said it was getting shipped tomorrow

I will never purchase anything from JHP again. While I acknowledge that the initial problem was not the fault of JHP, the problems that followed were. I received parts that were damaged during shipping, again not JHP's fault. When I sent pictures of the damage and damaged box, JHP said they would file a shipping claim. I asked them to start processing my refund. They told me they had to wait 2-3 weeks for the claim to be processed with the shipping service. I didn't choose the shipping service. I did not pack the product. I did not pay the shipper and I did not have a service agreement with them. JHP chose the shipping service and the agreement I had was with JHP to provide me with undamaged parts. The entire process from purchase to return took about 2 months. I still have not received a full refund for purchase. JHP told me they would refund the shipping cost over a month ago. I would not recommend buying anything from them. I would go with a retailer that has a much better customer service reputation.

When quality and reliability are the main goals for your Honda build, you need to find a parts supplier that shares an appreciation for those. JHPUSA is that supplier. 28 orders and $15,000+ spent later, they remain the first site I look to when I need parts. Whenever I need anything I first search it up on JHP and with their super wide collection of parts they almost always have what I need. I'd say 95% of my parts are sourced by JHP. Prices are fair for the guarantee of genuine parts, an issue that's growing in the car community with more and more scammers everyday. I've read a mix of reviews, but in the year I've spent building my Honda I've only had positive experiences with JHP. Shipping can be a tad expensive but they also pack really well and the money goes towards fast shipping that's insured and tracked, which isn't a bad thing in my eyes. With the value of these parts I'm happy they choose the appropriate shipping. Also their customer service has been amazing; they are quick to answer the phones and emails, even their Instagrams DMs, whenever I've had questions or concerns. And on top of that they're very interactive with their customers on social media, they repost stories and posts they're tagged in. They've reached out to me on Instagram to show their support for my build and to thank me for my support of their company, something that has since made JHP feel more personal to me. I know it's been a long review but I really do appreciate this company!
